lol it honestly puts me to sleep. So instead of watching with everyone I just stuck by the grill on the pretense of making sure no one tried to use it, even though most of the time I was dancing with Nate. I cooked 80 hotdogs all told, though we needed more. Next time I'm gonna try and talk them into just buying me a bunch of chicken. My grilled chicken is awesome. I'm trying to hint at those fuckers that I'd be a good RA cause I need the position, it's pretty much why I was at the party at all since I really don't like football. lol
I'm a little creeped out right now. I was just watching the 10 p.m. news and they were talking about the Drew Peterson hearsay trial. I'm sure you all have heard of him? The man accused of killing his 3rd wife and is a person of interest in the disappearance of his 4th wife? Well, they were giving highlights of the hearsay trial and they were talking about what his 2nd wife said. She said that Drew had told her that he could kill her and make it look like an accident. I immediately had a flashback to what my ex said to me (which was exactly the same thing). I'm so happy I got out. Not saying my ex is like Drew Peterson, but that statement hit a little too close to home for me.
I booked my flight for Kenya today. I'll be staying 6mths and then my man is coming to live in Australia with me. Yay! I'm so happy. AND I got my flight for $1000 less than is normal on that airline (Emirates). So, extra happiness at the bargin flight.
