I just bought the first series of it and I've been watching it every day. It's fabulous!!! :smt081 I love Sheldon. He's the best character by far. Who ever writes his lines is a comedy genius.

I am happy i manage to do once a week some exersice, i know not enough but its a start hope i wont give up again ..

also i removed the damn band-aid it was almost falling anyway doctor told me if fall i can just put some betadine ointment but its too itchy when i put some now wondering if i stop using it ... anyway going back on monday to remove the stiches

and i started to eat more healthy ok its only the breakfast for now

having yogurt and add some fruit usualy peach as its my favourite.. i know you can buy already the one with fruit inside but i dont like them
