I got your point ma but my point was rather than try to change the unwilling nature of others simply allow them to be who they are and let them burn out. They eventually will. Essentially a fire can not spread without oxygen so don't give it any.

If I spoke the way I did here in my regular life the only way I'd have sex again is in front of the comp with some lotion. The forum allows to explore certain thoughts and have certain beliefs challenged. it's very therapeutic as I'm sure it is for most or why else would they do it so much?

I agree with a lot of what you're saying. I can't lie and say that my beliefs on relationships aren't a combination of what I thought before my marriage and what I have experienced during its breakup. There's quite a few sharp people here on the forum and between education and life experience I'm sure we've all seen quite a bit in our collective lives. I, for one, enjoy the spirited conversation.

I hear you Sin. I'll keep that in mind as I post. I try to keep cool, but on some topics I can get a bit, shall we say, animated, lol. You're right, we don't know these celebs at all. The most anyone can make is an educated guess.

Seal: Reconciliation with Heidi Klum "May Happen"

When Heidi Klum and Seal confirmed their separation on Sunday, it sounded pretty darn final. But Seal says that the love is still there -- and during an appearance on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight, he reveals that he and Heidi could still reconcile.

"My love for her has not waned one iota and I love her with all my heart," says Seal of his estranged wife. "How can you not love somebody that you have just spent eight years with?"

In the emotional interview, which airs Friday, the singer addresses the "malicious" speculation that he's still wearing his wedding ring "for show."

"I'm still wearing my wedding ring because I'm still married to this incredible woman," he explains. "What this (ring) means to me: It stands for respect, it stands for loyalty and it stands for these four little miracles -- with Heidi, make it five -- that have come into my life in the past eights years."

He is, of course, referring to his four children -- Heidi's daughter Leni, 7, whom he adopted, and their biological children Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2. When he speaks about Heidi and their family, it's clear that his feelings are still running strong. Does that mean that they'll be getting back together? Seal says he's not sure.

"Obviously I can't speak for my wife, and I'm not going to sit here and B.S. you and tell you we haven't had problems," he tells Piers Morgan. "(Reconciliation) may happen. Would I like it to? I don't know at this point. If it were that easy, if there weren't problems, we would still be together. That is the reality of it."

During the clip, Seal also gives some unexpected insight into why he and Klum always seemed perfectly happy together. He tells Piers Morgan that no matter what happened "behind closed doors," they had an agreement to put their differences aside and present a united front "when there's more important things to focus on or talk about."


"I used to say to my wife that the thing I loved most about us is that we were a team," he says. "That won't change."

Even onlookers who witnessed their last family vacation together -- a trip to Aspen that People calls "the final straw" in the marriage -- didn't necessarily notice that anything was wrong.

"They seemed very happy together," a photographer who was in Aspen with them told People. "They couldn't stop kissing and cuddling. They spent a lot of time with their kids... If they were having problems, they were definitely not showing during the day."

"When they came together for Christmas as a family, things had changed and they fought a lot," says a source closer to the pair. "Their Aspen trip was a bit of a mess. Instead of enjoying being back together as a family, it was difficult for them to get along."

In the past couple of days, Seal has also spoken to Tavis Smiley and Ellen DeGeneres about the shocking split. Since he's currently making the press rounds to promote his new album Soul 2, expect to hear more talk about Seal's heartbreak in the weeks to come.

why they broke up....we may never know but the fact , at least on his side of the fence, they are acting civil. that may change when they have to go to court....I hope not tho.

sadly that's how some mofos are

i knew a guy who couldnt handle is liquor and would turn into Mr Hyde after drinking, and treat his woman like shit

she'd leave him and he'd beg for her back when sober...then do the same shit again with his drinking...split again.........beg again...

some relationships become cycles like that...but some people get tired of em

i would just move on if I was Heidi, because people don't change

They've always kept a civil front...no natter what...And more-so in this case, he may not have a choice..he's promoting an upcoming album as well.

It's called being humbled. And taking for granted or realizing what you had and losing it. His declarations are no different than say, your wooing serenade video in the ladies Locker room to Espy. He's simply letting Heidi know he wants her and still loves her. Can't fault him for it - it's not like he cheated which might make it futile to get her back.

On the flip-side who knows, he may be FURIOUS she filed on the cusp of his album release - which could directly affect his success...so he is retaliating by publicly laying is on super-thick so his female fan$ might sympathize. And it might prevent Heidi from revealing her negative reasons why, least she be viewed as (airing) the dirty (laundry) of the two.
 
Woo Espy? I was joking around. I'm 30 if I have to woo someone to get or keep her she's not for me and can easily be replaced.
Humble is one thing ie sending flowers and apologizing when you know you're not wrong but this public dispay of romance is weak especially for a woman started messing with him because he got that bbc(true story look it up).

If you ever read our exchanges on this forum its well known I didn't have to make a youtube video to get her attention and I think I said it was for all the women who didn't like the idea of being wooed. It was in reference to that Hope Solo thread which was what people were calling corny. Good try though lol.
Him constantly publicly professing how he feels would make one believe there is an omission of some sorts especially if he's whining about staying together, like I said earlier plain weak. In private fine. We've all been there but going on Ellen like a lame is weak.
