Sistas are already at Fahrenheit 451 about Michael B. Jordan and his snowbunny-only yacht, this will burn their weaves off. FLAME ON!

I'm finally watching the 2012 indy RomCom film "2 Days in New York" starring Chris Rock:
I watched the movie (2 Days in New York). Thank you so much! I like this.

Now it makes sense why the female Co-lead/Director/Writer Julie Delpy was so comfortable doing a RomCom with a black male co-lead. She's not American, she's French.

Thank you! I'll find it!Julie Delpy has done another IR flick I seen before if anyone can find it. I don't remember the name of it, though.
That flick is mentioned on this site too.Julie Delpy has done another IR flick I seen before if anyone can find it. I don't remember the name of it, though.
Give a reference? That flick is mentioned on this site too.
So I just saw a commercial on TV for this upcoming indie ensemble comedy film called "Dog Days". Based on the full trailer & the commercial I saw on TV, it looks like Nina Dobrev's character has a IR with her co-worker who is played by the same dude (Actor/Comedian Tone Bell) that plays Nina Dobrev's Fiance in the new upcoming CBS sitcom "Fam".
This has got to be at least the 3rd time Nina Dobrev has been involved in an IR onscreen in a film or TV show.
^^ Looks funny too for a family film. Usually I don't find the humor in family films that funny.
Speaking with ET Canada's Keshia Chante, Nina Dobrev joins her "Dog Days" co-star Tone Bell, where she opens up about her love of canines and having a mini "Degrassi: The Next Generation" reunion in Drake's "I'm Upset" music video.
They've got good rapport. I'd check out a show with them. Here's a good press run interview that Nina Dobrev & Tone Bell did this week for "Dog Days":
I just found about this teen sci-fi thriller film with a black lead (Played by Jacob Latimore) coming out this year (April 7th) called "Sleight":

The main supporting chick is played by Seychelle Gabriel. According to Wikipedia, Her father is of Mexican and French descent while her mother is of Italian ancestry in case anybody was wondering if she was white.
New trailer for "Sleight" dropped yesterday:
This looks good, I posted it in the movie trailers thread, I like the story behind this.
I got to see that flick soon. It is just a flirtation like Fist Fight.
I would hope not. In every other Teen/Young Adult movie like this with a White lead, Seychelle Gabriel's character would be the obvious main love interest.
Just watched the movie on KODI last month too. Surprised Vince McMahon financed it via WWE Studios. It ends like we should get a sequel so let's hope so!! The latina was very enticing in such a comfortable, easy-fit Ivy Sullivan way. Found out her mom is white and dad is halfI finally watched "Sleight" a couple weeks ago. I actually felt during the 1st half of the film that the IR involving the lead character/Jason Lattimore, developed way too fast and felt forced. The chick was too comfortable sleeping in the same bed with him & turned into a ride or die GF way too quick. She immediately wanted to go out on a date with him after only just meeting Jacob Latimore's character while he doing magic tricks on the sidewalk for money. Despite the fact that their 1st date went bad or was cut short, she was looking forward to a 2nd date.
But they did a solid job explaining why their relationship felt so rushed in the middle of movie when
it was revealed that she was being physically abused at home. So it would make make sense she would rather hangout out his house with his family & sleepover every night of dude she barely just started dating than dealing with her abusive home life.
Blindspotting – Coming to select cities July 20. Starring Daveed Diggs, Rafael Casal, Janina Gavankar, Jasmine Cephas Jones, Ethan Embry, Tisha Campbell-Martin, Utkarsh Ambudkar, and Wayne Knight.
Collin (Daveed Diggs) must make it through his final three days of probation for a chance at a new beginning. He and his troublemaking childhood best friend, Miles (Rafael Casal), work as movers, and when Collin witnesses a police shooting, the two men’s friendship is tested as they grapple with identity and their changed realities in the rapidly-gentrifying neighborhood they grew up in.
Longtime friends and collaborators, Daveed Diggs and Rafael Casal co-wrote and star in this timely and wildly entertaining story about friendship and the intersection of race and class set against the backdrop of Oakland. Bursting with energy, style, and humor, and infused with the spirit of rap, hip hop, and spoken word, Blindspotting, boldly directed by Carlos López Estrada in his feature film debut, is a provocative hometown love letter that glistens with humanity.
