Lucas and Max are still going on, but the fans wanted more in the Strangers Things trailer.

I'm ready for the 80s IR Teen romance since we didn't get much of that on screen actually IN the 80s. lol.
I can't even remember the ones that were out there.

Looking forward to more Max x Lucas it seems it's going to be a big point of the show as her relationship with Lucas leaves Dustin feeling left out.

OK I just looked it up. Francia Raisa is the actress from "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" that I actually was thinking about, not India Eisley.

Speaking of Francia Raisa & staying in-topic with this thread... While looking her up, I just realized she also plays the Cuban chick, Ana, on the "Black-ish" spin-off "Grown-ish". I've been seeing "Grown-ish" clips & promos for it's new season 2 in my YouTube recommendations for the last couple months. Looks like their pushing a IR between Francia Raisa & Trevor Jackson's characters:

More Francia Raisa & Trevor Jackson scenes from season 2A of "Grown-ish" that ended a few weeks ago:

The crew debates Cal U's policy, and Zoey points out it could be good for Ana. Watch all new episodes of grown-ish, Wednesdays at 8/7c on Freeform.

Aaron and Ana try to sneak in a moment together, but narrowly avoid getting caught by Vivek. Watch all new grown-ish, Wednesdays at 8/7c on Freeform.

Aaron and Ana decide to stay in the friendzone. Watch all new episodes of grown-ish, Wednesdays at 8/7c on Freeform!

Luca gives Zoey access to his past, and Ana and Aaron get even closer. Watch all new episodes of grown-ish, Wednesdays at 8/7c on Freeform.

Season 2B premieres in June.

Looking forward to more Max x Lucas it seems it's going to be a big point of the show as her relationship with Lucas leaves Dustin feeling left out.

Dustin and Will are the two single ones left out. Lucas and Dustin were boys so I'm guessing he moved on from her, but missing his friendship with Lucas. The same with Will and Mike. Mike is with Eleven and that leaves Will out.

I really like how Eleven x Max developed a awesome friendship

Soooo, I just heard that the CW may do an Arrow spin-off show centering around his daughter, Blackstar. I guess their whole superhero line up will be female centered except The Flash.

Doesn't sound very interesting. Her character isn't any good in the current season. I'm not watching a whole show built around her.

I saw article headlines for this rumor/news on the Google Chrome app homepage on my phone throughout this week, but I didn't bother to read the article. I've always HATED the Olicity pairing on "Arrow", so yeah I gotta be against this potential "Blackstar" spinoff.

But the chick who plays Blackstar/Mia Smoak on "Arrow", Katherine McNamara, is the same chick who is lead actress on the Freeform show "Shadowhunters". So I can already see The CW jumping on this Blackstar spinoff because they already got an established TV leading actress to be the lead.
I'm about watch this week's episode of "Arrow" (Season 7, Episode 16). Based on the promo & producer's preview, it looks like this week's episode of "Arrow" might as well be a backdoor pilot for this potential "Blackstar" spinoff:

Yeah, it was. And she's annoying as fuck. Not the actress' fault. It's the writing. Very tired and hackish. I won't even get into "Conner Hawke."

Arrowverse shows usually have a good to great first season. If that backdoor pilot is any indication of what to expect from that show, it's breaking that trend. That pilot was weak af.

BTW, for anyone that cares, the chick who's been play Black Canary the last few seasons is mixed. Her mom is black.

To add to this discussion that's relevant to this thread, it was revealed in this week's episode of "Arrow" that Mia/Blackstar & John Diggle Jr./Connor Hawke are in a relationship:

If The CW does pick-up this "Blackstar" spin-off series, I somehow doubt they'll be together.

Lol!!! THANK you! I was beginning to think this season of Arrow had absolutely no redeeming qualities at all lol o_O:D;)

Well the CW has picked up shows that had a leading couple be IR like Life Sentence even though that show went sour the last few episodes. But yeah I too am getting a feeling they wouldn't go there with this one. I could SMELL a love triangle with a "hunky" white guy if they do put them together on the spinoff. lol.

Random question, is Diggle's wife Lyla in this season? Always thought she was talented...and really cute.

Please don't get me started on that Life Sentence love triangle lol. Or the lame "I choose me" season/series ending. Blech

Yeah, she's been in 5 episodes of the current season 7 of "Arrow" so far. She also guest-starred in the "Gorilla Godd vs. King Shark" episode of "The Flash" that aired earlier this month.

Watching this week's episode of "Arrow" (Saeson 7, Episode 14). They finally revealed in the flashforwards that John Diggle Jr. is adopted. That would properly explain why he's darkskin.

Then what happened to the other son? He's around the same age their daughter would be so what happened to that kid? Btw some biracial kids do come out dark skin, it ain't all light skin and rainbows lol

He's still the same son that replaced Diggle & Lyla's biological Daughter after The Flash fucced up the timeline. I'm guessing this is a new retcon to explain why John Diggle Jr. is darkskin OR this was always the writers' intention & they're just finally revealing it.

BTW, I'm gonna need receipts for these mythical darkskin mulattoes you claim exist. Honestly I hope you're right, just to fucc with the online militant black folks who love to claim half-black biracials aren't black but will hypocritically claim biracials when it's convenient for them.

OK I'm confused AF, folks are saying that Connor Hawke & John Diggle Jr. are 2 completely different sons of Diggle & Lyla. Here's their Arrowverse Wiki pages:

https://arrow.fandom.com/wiki/Connor_Hawke

https://arrow.fandom.com/wiki/John_Diggle,_Jr.

According to these pages, Connor Hawke is the son of Bronze Tiger, the adopted son of John Diggle, and the adoptive brother of John Diggle, Jr.

While John Diggle, Jr. is the son of John Diggle & Lyla Michaels, in the post-Flashpoint timeline. In an erased future in 2046 he adopted the name Connor Hawke and operated as the new Green Arrow.

This may be a major plot point in the upcoming series. "Who is Connor's real father" type of shit. Ad some kind misdirect then we find out he actually is Diggle's kid. Or, not.

Please no. I'm already sick of this show lol
I've already decided I won't be watching that spinoff. After seeing how ineffective Conner was (couldn't handle one henchman on his own) I was done. Plus the whole "You lied to me so I wouldn't get killed, so I hate you with the power of a thousand social justice warriors" bullshit. They're starting off with that? No, this show is written for girl comics nerds. Of which, I am not.

Good news for all of you Katherine Heigl fans out there, she has been cast in a family comedy pilot for CBS. Her character's husband is played by Malcolm Barrett.

Maybe CBS will put this show along with Fam, and God Friended Me on the same night and make it a real IR extravaganza.

That will trigger the "Interracial Is An Agenda" crowd big time... hell if they put it on the same night with only one of those shows they will get triggered. lol.

Interesting. I actually liked her a lot more on Suits than I thought I would. This last season (without Mike and Rachel) was actually my favorite of the series. Too bad it's ending.

But anyway, I'm curious to see this show. I met Malcolm Barrett once. Nice enough dude, loved him some weed.
