The Weeknd was seen with Bella Hadid and honestly, we should have seen this coming.

It’s been a little over two weeks since we found out that Selena Gomez and The Weeknd, AKA Abel Tesfaye, broke up after almost a whole year of dating. As shocked as we were to hear the news, we couldn’t help but wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that Selena has recently rekindled with former flame Justin Bieber.

We could honestly talk about Selena and Justin’s on and off again relationship for hours, so we’re just going to be focusing on Abel.

Right after the two’s split was announced and Selena was seen bike riding and going to church with JB, Abel was actually spotted at a club dancing with a mystery girl. We were wondering if the mystery girl was just a fling or the real thing, but suddenly Abel was spotted at a completely different person’s house… and she is so not a mystery.

Earlier this week, Abel was spotted leaving Bella Hadid’s New York City apartment and we are feeling all the emotions. Abel and Bella dated on and off from 2015 and 2016 and were so sweet together. Abel started dating Selena months after breaking things off with Bella, but now that he’s a single man again, the ex’s are reportedly hanging out again.

According to E! News, a source revealed that Abel still cares about Bella and that he QUOTE “has expressed to her that he loves her still, and they will always have a real connection.”

After seeing Selena with Justin, it only makes sense that Abel would return to a former flame, too. Although nothing is confirmed, we have a feeling that these two will be making a big return in 2018.

Exes The Weeknd and Bella Hadid were spotted kissing at an after party during Weekend 1 of the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, multiple sources tell E! News.

A source tells E! News, Bella and the "Starboy" singer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, have been talking on and off the past couple of months, but the former flames, who split in 2016, had their first public reunion this weekend at the music fest in Indio, Calif.

The source says, "Bella never really lost feeling for Abel and had hope they would eventually get back together."

The insider added that the exes have "secretly seeing each other recently" but that they "are not official. The source also adds that The Weeknd has been "playing the field" and "openly dating" other women since his breakup with Selena Gomez in October 2017.

However, while Abel has been busy dating up a storm, the insider says that Bella "wants to be exclusive."

The source says, "They are just getting back to a good place. She loves hanging out with Abel and they always have fun together and is very hopeful of their future relationship."

As for their steamy make-out Coachella makeout sesh, another source says the pair certainly seemed to be back together while attending Poppy nightclub's Coachella pop-up debuting Kylie Cosmetic's latest makeup line "KOURT X KYLIE" during Coachella on Friday night.

The insider says that at the pair were "kissing all night" and enjoying each other's time at the party.

"They spent the whole night together and left together. Bella looked really happy," adds the insider. "They were definitely super affectionate, cuddling each other while hanging out with their friends."

The source added, "It was no secret."

However, The Weeknd was photographed walking arm-in-arm with Justin Bieber's ex Chantel Jefferies on Saturday.

On Nov. 10, 2016, E! News confirmed that the on-again, off-again couple decided to end their 18-month romance one more time.

At the time, a source told E! News that Hadid and The Weeknd "are both still very much in love with each other, but know they needed to officially break things off for a while."

A year prior, Hadid and The Weeknd first split, only to reunite soon after.

Maybe now is finally the right time!

We could feel it coming: Bella Hadid and The Weeknd are back together again.

Sources tell E! News the couple is "exclusively dating and are in a great place," after breaking up nearly two years ago. "Abel realized once he started dating around, that he actually is still in love with Bella, and they reconnected," the insider explained.

Fans of The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, will remember that the artist briefly dated Selena Gomez until October of last year. However, sources told E! News in April that Bella "never really lost feeling for Abel and had hope they would eventually get back together."

And after "secretly seeing each other" these past few months, the model's wish came true. "Things have been going really well. They have been inseparable and have been truly working with each other's schedules to make it work," the source divulged.

The person close to the couple added that since their rumored make-out sesh at Coachella, "They haven't had more than a few weeks apart. Abel flies to wherever Bella is working since he had a gap in his tour, and has been very accommodating."

"They have been vacationing a lot together as well and spending time together as a couple before he starts performing again," with the couple most recently hanging out together in Tokyo. Not to forget the numerous sightings of the duo smooching in Cannes and their romantic rendezvous in Paris.

And luckily, "they have a lot of the same friends and their lifestyles really work for them. They both love to see new places and have new experiences and definitely share that commonality"

Their decision to make things official comes as no surprise to Bella's family, who the source reports is "really happy about them being back together in full-force."

They added, "Everyone around them always knew it was a matter of time, and knew the undeniable bond that they had when they were together. They always drifted back in the same places so it was a matter of time before they decided to commit to each other again."

Following their fun-filled trip to Tokyo, the model and her boyfriend will be returning to the Big Apple for work, but with the couple making things official there will surely be more opportunities to see the love birds together again.

I'm calling BS.
He is still totally wounded by Selena dumping him to run back to Justin and that comment was to stick it to her.

My gut tells me he still loves Selena. You don't lose your feelings for someone you love just because they suddenly run away.
Even Bella can attest to that.
