Today I ran a mile in 5:31
Last week I ran 1.5 miles in 9 minutes flat.
I did 31 pull ups last week but I'm resetting, I don't do dead hang pull ups so I'm not counting those anymore.
I did 510lbs on the chest press machine a couple weeks ago.
Up to 80 fisted push ups.
My shoulder has sort of healed.
On the smith machine I'm shrugging 405lbs for reps.
For me to be the the strongest and fastest I've ever been in my life, I looked surprisingly regular... "bruh do you even lift?"
I've been yo-yoing between 197lbs and 192lbs.
I drink like twice a month now.
Figured. That motor gives a false sense of accomplishment, use to fuck up my times when I ran track in hs. The only thing is you can build insane stamina using the uphill feature when you do your runs. I try to keep it at 4% to 8% for runs and 10% on walks. The only better workout for those lungs is judo and swimming.
I don't know if you have a beach by you but try running on that sand too CRAZY work out

That's crazy...keep up the good work!
Yep. LOVE running on the sand!
I see your all about your fitness now, you trying to be a fitness trainer on the side too? lol
Thanks again. I was feeling good until I was on an runner's forum and folks were bragging about running high 4 minute mile's in middle school lol. Half of them are probably telling duck tales but still.
It's alright.... I've never seen anyone in the gym do what I do but then again, most guys have the mindset that machines are for bitches. Usually people stop what they are doing and watch me do what I do but honestly it's not that much...
If I was still able to bench, I'd guess I could do a 1 rep max of 385-400lbs maybe.

Damn...my fat ass got a workout from just reading about that much physical activity.
*goes back to eating pizza and drinking beer*
Lol nah my last gf was a fitness fanatic who did three hours of working out five days a week and was a muy thai beast and quite frankly we play fought a lot and I knew she could get lucky and lay me out so your boy had to get it into high gear and it stuck lol.I see your all about your fitness now, you trying to be a fitness trainer on the side too? lol

September- March
God I love this dude
Right, I'm going to start posting here, because I have recently gained like six pounds, and I need to get my full focus back.
I know I know, six pounds really is nothing but I have to be really careful with my food issues. Exercising is the ''easy'' part for me lol.
Yesterday I did an hour's kettlebell class, and wow its intense, but I love it! I only use a four pound weight at the moment because I've only been to three classes and I don't want to push my luck and injure myself, I can deal with bigger weights, its just that a lot of the class involves swinging your arms etc, and I already have an old arm injury that I really do not want to set off again! Slow and steady wins the race and all that...
Plus on Monday and Tuesday I did a 45 minute and 60 minute cycle respectively.
Today I have done a thirty minute ''kickbox bootcamp'' dvd, that includes both a bit of cardio and upper and lower body work with dumbbells. Plus I am cycling to work in like an hour, and its a forty five minute round trip. I don't just amble along, I put some effort in, and there are few pretty steep hills along the way.
Tomorrow I think I will dust off another old dvd that I used to love a few months back when I was last ''in the zone'', its another kickbox themed one (I really love those ones), and its 45 minutes, again of a mixture of cardio and strength.
Then we will see how I feel Friday haha, but I again have my cycle, and I am pretty sure I will do todays workout again then.
If I can get the working out back on track, I can then feel better about myself and get the eating back into order, as it doesn't matter how much exercise you are doing if you are eating like a pig!
Take a bow you're part of the "I'd hit that" squad.
What's your diet like?
Lol you say some of the sweetest things to me!!! You've melted my icy heart with your hot words!!
Diet is very strict and low calories.
Though I should eat breakfast, I can't. I start with a glass of warm water with Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon and honey. Then I swim in a bowl of plunger coffee with a splash of almond and coconut milk.
Depending on my workload, lunch is not usually had until 4pm and is an apple cut up with cheese or a banana and a handful of nuts (keep your mind clean).
Dinner is always at 6, except for Tuesdays, where I wait until I've played netball. Normally it's a piece of tofu with veggies or lentil curry on a sweet potato or mexican wraps (lettuce cups as the wrap) with beans, avocado and salad.
I have a bowl of detox tea around 9pm.
2 litres of water during the day![]()

Why can't you bench anymore? Elbows or shoulders?
Same here :freehug:
Northy, you're a machine!!!!
You look great Tarshi! Keep up the hard work!
I have been slacking a little, but started running again. I want to lose 20 more lbs and with the regimen I was doing before, I know I can stand to add some running into it!
