I’ve been getting back into pilates to go along with my weight lifting workouts. My core is getting ridiculous. I’ve never done a triathlon, but a vast majority of my strange endurance tests involve less than desirable situations (iraq). I think all that matters is that you enjoy what you do and can stay consistent. Eating clean and watching eating windows helps a lot, too.
36 and feeling pretty good, my biggest fear is losing mobility so I’m always mindful of that. Health is wealth! #notmymirror
Just had X-rays of my ankle. These are with full weight on my feet. My heel doesn't touch the ground due to the muscle tightness. I am going to start doing squats again see if I can get it back to normal. I've been lazy.
