    It's been a fuckin while but I'm back in the gym taking it seriously, I need to lose fuckin 20lbs.

    Shit, I need to lose about that much as well, back down to 155.

    155? How tall are you? My ex was 5'8" and at 145 he was a skinny little thing.

    I'm 5'10"

    at 155, I'm sub 12% bodyfat, not too skinny just lean

    LOL!!! My midsection is straight turrible now. I'mma be real honest and it's embarrassing to admit being I'm usually a upbeat grinning ass negro, I was depressed for nearly 2 months mad at myself and the world so I let myself go but I'm feeling alot better now.

    Get to it!

    I'm making cardio a top priority, my love handles have turned into monkey bars. I've been hitting my traps so damn hard that I think they are to big now, I'm losing my neck. At this rate I'll be turtle status soon.

    Picturing 20 pounds added to the pictures you posted, I can't picture describing anything about you as terrible :p. Glad you're feeling a lot better now though :) Making cardio the priority when I work out as well.

    Yeah, I'm doing cardio everyday now and eating lean, trying to lose the visceral and subcutaneous stomach/ab fat. I have to get rid of these stretch marks as well. :D

    and LOL at monkey bars, first time I've seen that expression

    Had my bed raised... now taking it down from the loft-style it was.
    Two person job, but I'm doing it myself. At least I get a little workout today :D

    Did a hour of cardio today, my goal was to do 6 miles but I did 5.16miles... Man I really fell off hard.

    cardio is the devil..but if u wanna keep those cuts and wind....:)

    Hadn't done PT in week because of flag detail, and haven't been consistent with PT since January because of unit training exercises, and had been drinking nothing but grape soda all week. Did PT on Saturday with my NCO and damn near died. I hadn't felt so out of shape since I was back at MEPS for the first time. This flag detail ends June 30th. I don't have to go to PT the entire time....but I want to go to PT instead of doing flag detail. Unfortunately, flag detail takes place during PT.

    I'm gonna be a piece of shit by the end of this detail.

    cant you find time to PT on your own?

    surely by now you have a good grasp on what works and what does not

    don't say ur too tired either

    u got mofos with 2 jobs, kids, school, and still find time to get it in

    :p
