They'll kick and scream and blame men. Glad I'm not the only one who caught their agenda

Disney girl power agenda in full effect. Next up: Ant-Man's teenage daughter becomes Giant-Girl a.k.a. Stature in Ant-Man 3. Eyeroll.

21 movies was a good ride, Endgame was a good time to get off. Interested in how they do Falc & Winter Soldier, but that's it. MCU, RIP

I like what that team did with blindspot though with it's first two seasons so I'll wait and see.

That was a new concept this is a reboot a very different animal. We already know where its going. Basic fem swapping because they aren't original enough to create something new. A bunch of hacks if you ask me.
They are a doing a great job of making agnostic viewers like me not want to watch anything with a female lead because its forced. They should take a page from Legend of Korra. Great continuation of the avatar myth without making it all about weak girl power tropes. Well I guess they have target I'm not apart of.

I get you what you're saying but remember what they're doing with some of these reboots is adding a original story and concept to them. And that could very well be in mind here. I'll wait to see how they play it here.

I would love to see a live action Legend Of Korra. One of my favorites.

I will get you 10 bucks it will be weak especially since you have people trying to gender bend it instead of creating an original story

I don't like how they are just skipping over the fact that the mantle was handed over to Sam Wilson in endgame just to please people who more than likely are not even real fans of Marvel. Just like they wanting to skip over Captain Marvel's relationship with War Machine for her to have a relationship with Valkyrie. The shit is becoming inorganic and people just wanting to see these things for their own personal pleasure even at the expense of other things including black men and IRRs.

There was a group popping up last year in the #TheGoodPlace hashtag spiting the Eleanor and Chidi ship all because they wanted her to be with a woman. Sacrificing organic storytelling just for their fantasy. These groups are annoying.

I'm still going to wait and see because I don't want to become like them and think everytime a female is involved it's going to be a problem. That is what they do with men especially black men. Trying to be better than they are and not sink to their bigoted level but I'm also aware so @The Dark King I get what you are saying, bro. But as of right now we don't know if it's going to be organic or inorganic.

And that's why I gave a female lead alternative as an example of something good as to not be mistaken. It's like the Harriet movie I only have to see who's writing and directing/producing to get a feel of where its going. And reboots for the most part plain suck and when they gender bend doubly so. We keep seeing it. At what point do we acknowledge the pattern? It's like saying black original movies on BET suck. Not because black people can't make good movies but because that channel only creates over played hood stereotypes.
I knew that movie American Son with Kerry Washington and the white cop was gonna suck because I know the formula. Well like I said I'm not their target so maybe it's time to admit I've aged out of that kind of media. I read a lot more these days anyway.

In forthcoming episodes of Marvel's What If? T'Challa is Star Lord, and the Winter Soldier faces zombie Captain America.

The older Marvel cartoon line up is looking good on Disney +. All the Spider-Man animated series ever made except for Spectular Spider-Man. All 3 animated X-Men series (The Original 90's, X-Men Evolution from early 00's & Wolverine & the X-Men that was originally a Nicktoons show) . All the Avengers animated series including that shitty one they did in the late 90, Avengers : Earth's Mightest (best) & all the various ones they've done over the last few years for Disney XD.
