I would rather pay the taxes I do and have the services available for free. It's not a socialist system (despite what many Americans seem to think). It has it's flaws of course, but I'd still rather have/do/utilize medicine up in Canada than in the US.

I'd also include an exercise clause that excludes rock climbing, sky-diving, power-lifting, scuba-diving...these types don't get boo-boos when they hurt - they end up in traction-machines, pulled chest/thigh/back-muscles, broken arms/legs!

On another note: I found something I don't like about Louisiana tonight - went to a wine bar and they allow smoking inside! So disgusting. I don't care if smokers want to kill themselves in a long, painful and horrible death but seriously don't get me involved in that bullshit. Fuck you to people that smoke in public. GO kill yourself in your own space!!!! Fuckers.

Oh I hear you girl about smoking....it is so disgusting, I can't believe there are even places around anymore that allow it inside. It is so crazy! And they don't get the second hand smoke at all....they could give a shit about that!

It's so fantastic to be able to go into a restaurant and enjoy a meal without having smoke hovering over you.
A couple of years ago, I went on a date with a guy up in Milwaukee and we went into a restaurant and the hostess asked: do you want smoking or non-smoking?
I hadn't heard that phrase uttered in YEARS and I just looked at her for a second completely taken aback and I made mention to the fact that I hadn't heard that question asked in a long time, and she said: you're from Chicago, aren't you? We get that a lot.
I had no clue that was still allowed in places. LOL.
Whilst I'm usually pretty hateful of the "great" state of IL, I was happy at that moment that I lived in IL and not WI.

A big Fuck You to my ex who is trying to claim that's he's broke now that his child support is being increased after the taxation office has compared what he earns to what I earn. Giving just $270 a fortnight for the last year and a half for 2 kids that are with me 95% of the time is BS and I knew it would catch up with you eventually.
