Thanks archi. I've contacted legal aid and have started the ball rolling to have child support deducted straight from his wage instead of doing it privately. I so hate te ugliness of it all, but I've got to do what is best for myself and my kids. I just hope he doesn't put his money in a joint bank account with his girlfriend or in a business account as child support cannot touch either of these things

 

He loves his kids, but unfortunately he just can't separate his dislike for me and his feeling that him paying child support is paying for me and not the kids. I do understand why he feels like he does, but seeing I only have one weekend off a month I do feel that it's only fair that the chil support goes up to reflect that

Some people are a waste of space on this earth. People who won't take care of their own children that they created are just those very people. You should just soldier on and do what you have to without guilt. If he needs the court system to give him a conscience then so be it. I think a person or court wouldn't look at you and say YOU could do more. You work two jobs and attend school.
