That it was a blow for liberty. The evidence is out there when dude is caught saying in another testimony that he put drugs in someone's drink as recently as 05.

Um, ok. I tried following the pre-posts, still didn't decipher all that, AND sarcasm. Oh well. My bad if that was your intent, lol.

Yeah, that's kind of personal from New York magazine.

All these cases aren't the exact same and I doubt all of them would constitute actual rape in a trial.

    Talk about pile jumping.

    Innocent till proven guilty

There are just too many cases out there for him to be innocent of all of them, unfortunately.

With so many victims no proof at all? That seems far more problematic

That's why he'll likely never be charged.

But, just because there isn't definitive proof, doesn't mean some, if not most, if not all didn't happen exactly as the women claim.

I don't buy all of the stories, but as more women come forward, I can't not believe that it happened that way for at least most of them.

    Yeah. It just seems odd

But for over 40 victims and zero proof? No illegitimate kids no dresses with sperm nothing? That's really odd.

The biggest smoking gun for me is the fact that he paid to settle with that one woman in Philly. If he was truly innocent, he would have fought to the highest court possible to prove his innocence in the face of such vile charges. Legal costs would be nothing to him so there would be no other reason, imo, to settle (with the express contingency of, until recently, sealed records) unless he was trying to hide guilty behavior.

I doubt that we will ever get to see any real legal criminal scrutiny (statute of limitations, and lack of tangible evidence), but it is clear that civil claims are what Gloria Allred, and others are positioning themselves for in the long run.
