I figured it out by doing an elimination diet and going down the list of things that irritate my sinuses.

I am due for a food test with an Allergist.

I've been holding it off but have one scheduled in the near future.

I've also ordered a SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System in addition to a NeilMed NasaFlo Unbreakable Neti Pot and Alkalol (A Natural Soothing Nasal Wash).

I hope those products help clear up these allergies that I've dealt with most of my life.

Some Claritin (or something comparable) is also in order.

I did a food allergy test.. but according to my allergist, you still have to do a food elimination/eating test on the stuff that comes up on the test as it is not a definite test. There are some false positives so he told me keep a food diary and test through the items. For example, salmon and avocado on my list of allergens dont seem to do much to me so I keep eating them. I would be miserable w/o my claritin and singulair (and other allergy/asthma meds) but those two makes it bearable.lol. Granted, singulair dont work for everyone.

Back on topic, I had whole grain penne w wild mushroom tomato-sauce with eggplant, zuccini and Italian chicken sausage.

i had the best salad of my life today. Fresh greens, farm eggs with sun golden yolks, asparagus, soft goat cheese, mustard vinegrette tomatoes, cucumbers, dill, basil, prawns, half of an advocado, super nice olive oil and a basket of black bread with freshly churned salt/pepper butter.

tasted a lot better than it sounds
