Not really, I just brown in very quickly on each side so its not really extra 15 minutes, and you simmer it on very low heat. Youll need the 15 minutes for the other ingredients to "develop" - but you can do it with sturdier fish such as orange roughy if you like. I have used several different types of white fish for this and I like the Tilapia the best for this, but that is just a matter of taste.

Oh, and dont try the low fat version of coconut milk for this, I tried - came out terrible.

Different goat cheese tastes very different, you may wanna try different types? I think it tastes the same when cooked. I love it:)

 All of that sounds great, but that's out of my league right there. I'd have to watch you do it and learn :D

Nice tall glass of almond milk for breakfast, wasn't feeling very hungry... just thirsty.
For lunch, I had a few cookies before running to class
Now for dinner, a ham and cheese sandwich lol.

My appetite definitely disappears while I'm at school. :p

Standard breakfast: whole grain toast, orange, yogurt, turkey bacon and a cortadito. Gotta start my day right!

Tonight's dinner: grilled swai in a sauteed tomato & green onion sauce, spinach with a bit of lemon juice on top. Maybe a glass of red to wash it down.
