I know it sounded ignorant to say, but I've never seen one. Dude had on knee pads and goggles on his head and looked like stepped out either of meat packing freezer, looked like he was carrying weights that strengthen your legs and looked he stepped off this:

I was in Manhattan Beach.....

 

Hi andrae! It was absolutely wonderful! Aside from some bad weather that kept us Nassau an extra day, it was a great time. My friend and I did martini's each night, sang karaoke with a bunch of regulars, and just generally wandered around enjoying ourselves. We were asked if we were sisters at least three times per day. LOL I can't say that I loved the Bahamas, but I guess it's a different story if you're there when it's nice. Although, the crazy people trying to sell junk got old...fast.

I did meet a guy while I was there...(BM...go ahead and be shocked, right? LOL), and he's actually quite nice. We ended up spending time together outside the ship- he joined my friend and I on some outings, and he brought up the idea of potentially getting together after the cruise. Totally an unexpected bonus on the cruise!

Anyway, here's a pic of my friend and I. I'm on the right. I don't see the 'sisters' thing, but I guess we must look alike. lol

Does almond milk exist in the USA?

 

First of all...yes, TS, we do have almond milk in the US. Actually, I didn't know they had it anywhere BUT the US, so ya learn something new every day. Are you coming here? When?!

Second... I'm in Buffalo, and he's in D.C., so it's a bit of distance. However, since he travels for work, he asked if he could visit me to give us a shot and see where things went. I was surprised, because I didn't know he thought that seriously about us getting along so well...but I figure, what have I got to lose, you know? He's called me every day since we left the cruise, and the first night back on land he called and talked to me for over an hour.

Soooo...I guess we'll see what happens. It wasn't what I was after, obviously, because who goes on a cruise and is like 'IM MEETING SOMEONE!', especially after my breakup being official and all of that...but I'm a firm believer that things happen for a reason, and some people you are meant to have in your life for some reason or another... so why not?

We've had almond milk, rice milk, etc. Any milk you can think of, for a LONG time.

 

Who will admit to tasting their pregnant girlfriend's breast milk?
