Found it. It was a Janet Mock Film by the same name Scandalous about the same affair between Sammy Davis, jr. and Kim Novak.
It was supposed to star Jeremy Pope as Sammy

It apparently never fell through and they left the project because it was supposed to start production of 2020.



So new people obviously got involved. I do like the update better.

 

I don't know who was gonna play Kim Novak but i'll just assume Sydney Sweeney is an upgrade. lol

are of the few women in modern Hollywood that can SMOOTHLY pull of the look, vibe and performance of those female starlets and models of the 50s and 60s.

Along with Black Panther 3 Denzel Washington announced one of his last films will be a Film Adaption Of Othello.





He played Othello on broadway alongside Molly Osborne and Jake Gyllenhaal





This will be the first Film adaption of Othello since the 1995 release starring Laurence Fishburne, Irene Jacob and Kenneth Branagh

 

The Kenneth Branagh adaptation of Othello with Fishburne, Jacob and Branagh was excellent.

 

So the black dude is only sex material huh? Basically taking a sexualy stereotype as old as time and putting it in this movie, if he ends up as the killer you got the daily double.

 

Yeah I peeped that too and apparently the White dude is marriage material which is making me roll my damn eyes.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but Lucy Hale doesn't do nude sex scenes in her professional life or even R movies with adult content. I just remember renting "Truth or Dare - Unrated" years ago in 2017 when I got my first UHD 4K television. Her sex scene was laughable in a movie with so much death and mayhem . . . hopefully she has evolved and matured in her commitment to her craft

Check out the movie "Dude" from 2018. I think it's on Netflix still.

 

Thanks for the info . I would have never guessed. Her big opportunity was in "Truth or Dare" which was a theatrical release and she really disappointed me when I paid for the rental. I will look your referral up.

It was billed as "Truth or Dare - Unrated" as a rental on VUDU so I had reasonable expectation that it would be full blast on blood & violence as well as lust and passion. I was like why even do a sex scene at all if you aren't going to commit to your professional arts?!?

 

Yet another starlet that I know nothing about. #GenerationGap
