First off there are plenty of grants that will help pay for tuition so you apply to multiple to get the tuition to pay the full amount. At one point higher education was actually free in states like California and New York. Secondly why is k through 12 free? It is literally given to us. So why should college be different?

You basically came into this thread and tried turning this girl into the poster child for something she isn't. Again if you want to give money to her be my guest, but please don't try running game on other people trying to convinced them that she is someone they should be investing time and money into helping achieve an education. Too many of us have kids of our own to worry about or have other relatives or family friends that we know of that are actually struggling and trying to achieve an education to better themselves and their lives to fall for this nonsense.
