    So yesterday this kid hit me up on Offerup.com and asked me to be his Sensai in the gym. We hitting up Planet Fitness at 3pm today, hope it's not a disaster lol.

    I don't know how you other people do it but I cannot have a fitness partner, tough to find people on your level. People always slow me down no matter what I'm doing tho.

    Ran 1.39 miles in 10 miles, .11 miles away from my goal of 1.5 miles in 10 minutes. Running is getting easier and easier everyday. Definitely going to hit 6.2miles today in a hour.... You know what I'm going to attemp 6.5 miles instead.

    I probably have to join a real gym soon again because my local gym weights aren't heavy enough for me no more. Been working on my pull ups, hard to believe I was able to do over 10 of those before.

    I wish I could still run long distances and a constant pace. My lower back is so fucked up, I gotta take break so I do sprint/walk intervals in between my runs.

    Years of poor posture and carrying a heavy backpack improperly. Army made out worse.

    Damn I'm sorry to hear that, were you able to file for disability with the VA?

    Nah, I got my back documented on my physical just before I got off active duty though. They were supposed to send me my medical records a year after I got out. It's been two years now and haven't received them. I've just been too lazy to request them and register for the VA.

    Very close to hitting my goal of 1.5 miles (2.4K) in 10 minutes. I did 1.45 miles in 10 today.

    I know Becca has asked for us dudes to post videos of us working out so here is one from today. I remember not too long ago I couldn't do 90lbs X 1 and now I ca do 100(45.35kg)X10 and I haven't done one arm dumbbell rows for months now
