Yes, if it was not for family obligations (ageing parents on both sides who love it here) I would have moved elsewhere years ago.

I do most of my workouts indoor during the summer, have recently really gotten into rowing, great all over workout, and a nice break from biking, enjoying it much more than I thought I would. Highly recommend the exercises below, I may even look into our local rowing club when things finally cool off.

I am. I was slow going for a bit. Today I was down 3 pounds though. (That's a total of down 33 since first started)

They asked what I did - it's pretty funny....PokeMon Go! The kids and i have been all over the parks nearby catching "pokedudes".

I thought about that but I couldn't afford to live in NY even on a cops salary.

Sure you could but the first couple of years might be in the hood. Cops make 90k after 5 years here.

    I can easily.

I'm at the track once a week now and find it no different really.

Really? For me I always find the treadmill easier the motor moves your legs for you. You're really fast

Any high intensity to throw in there?

For your average civilian, I'm fast. In the world of runners, I'm very very slow.

See I prefer the treadmill to running outside because you are forced to keep up your pace unless you manually move it. When running outside, it's easier for you to lose your pace overtime without realizing it.

Nah, I'm far too lazy lol. The only high intensity I incorporated was with my legs, jump ropes, high knee jogs, body weight squats, body weight lunges, running stairs, and jumping high as I can.

Doing these have vastly improved my running times quickly.
