Ok, so initial discussion was why WW like / chose BM... I just want to share my experience...

I have discovered BM recently... I met this guy - he looks like Tyson Beckford and he exercises 5 times a week, doesn't smoke and rarely drinks. Every time after a shower he puts this cocoa butter cream on that makes his skin feel like silk... and the sex... the sex is AMAZING! I think, I am absolutely obsessed / besotted with him (which is NOT good - as I am always 'in control' of my actions & emotions). Of course, I tried not to show him how much I think about him, but I think men 'feel' these things and it put him off a bit (well, may be me telling him he was 'so beautiful' while in bed didn't help either?) ;)

I've been brought up to be 'icy Queen' with men which always worked and now I am lost and confused because I think I was 'too soon too much' for him and it scared him off..

We read all these books that 'men need a challenge' - what do you men think - do you think that if a girl is too into you and is showing you her emotions, that puts you off and you run away? why?

Also, I am trying to figure out at the moment if I am obsessed with 'him' particularly or I am just 'into black men' full stop now. I mean, I don't fancy EVERY BM I meet, but recently I noticed that quite often I see one fine specimen and I feel a hot wave going up in my stomach / throat ( this is in reply to that threat were somebody was asking why WW suddenly start fancying BM) :)....

I am new on this web-site and all this is new for me - so pls be gentle! :)

    approachable vs 'unapproachable'

    thanks, guys! :)

and about girls who are not being approached - good question! I was told many times I look 'unapproachable'.. :( I had this friend who was more like 6-7 out of 10 but who was approached by men CONSTANTLY! Its like she was made of honey and all bees were flying in to have a piece of her! :) It was really amazing - have never seen anything like this before! I later figured out she was very bubbly and smiling all the time when out. Also, she wouldn't be afraid of flirting and looking guys in the eye 'longer that allowed / necessary'... Its like: if I am with a guy I wont even look at another guy (wrong attitude as now turns out!) :) - as she will be just looking around and smiling and making eye contact with everybody (nothing bad just innocent, I think she is just that kind of open, always-having-fun person). But guys like girls like these - they seem approachable - I really wish I was more like that sometimes!

She would be sipping her drink and giving some cute guy on other side of the bar a long look with a smile - he would be by her side in 5 minutes! :) then she would turn away and pretend she 'didn't really look at him that way'... Guy would be confused, but still after her. While I am NOT pro 'games' like these - but it drove men MAD. So, tell me guys why you like and chase girls like these pls ? :smt006

I love pale skin, blue or green eyes with black hair. There are also those things that you love because of culture and qualities that your mother has. There is more depth to my comment but that will take a lot of time and psychology to explain.

If they are attractive, the "come-hither" look is hard for a man to resist. The best defense for a man under these circumstances I have found is to be with your SO at the time.

    What a brilliant post (yo).

    -citation needed-

Studies have actually shown that the average Black women has higher levels of estrogen than the average White woman does but that probably has more to do with diet than genetics. Race is not a genetic concept, literally just a few genes (out of 20-25 000) are responsible for complexion. The greatest genetic diversity exists within 'races' (and our species as a whole has much less genetic diversity than most other animals do). Your stereotyping an entire group of men is a problem in itself, don't start promoting pseudo science. Furthermore, testosterone actually has a lot less to do with "masculinity" than most people think. Gender is a social construct.

I agree. I would add that I've seen a considerable amount of BM with very attractive white women(both thin & thick) in my city. In fact, this could be part of the reason as to why other people dehumanize bm/ww relationships so much. In other forums, I've noticed how other groups of men tend to constantly complain about seeing a bm with a ww, and I seriously doubt they would exhaust so much energy by whining if bm only dated ww they considered to be unattractive. I would say it's jealousy and those other guys will practically say anything to alleviate their frustration when they ever encounter a bm with an attractive ww.

Some guys like me enjoy being pursued by women. If you like a guy tell him, the worst he can say is im not interested.

I guess I did get a little off topic. But if a girl likes a guy she does not need to wait for him to approach her, she can approach him.

    Love of my life

I am slightly above average built southern raised girl. Half of my family would give me a hard time about my man I have had for 4 years now. I had never dated a black man before this and I am asking myself why not??? It's the best experience I have ever had and I am so happy to share my life with him.

He is a fantastic man, father and friend. He knows how to please me in bed, he never skimps on the fantastic love making. I like how my skin contrasts with his and his lips the way that they kiss me. They cover me like that is where they are supposed to be. He is protective and giving. He looks good even on his bad days. His smile is like the beacon that shines the way for his lesons that guide me through life. I am very greatful to have insight opposite to what I grew up in. I feel like I have everything with him.

Unlike previous men, he appreciates my body and the way my booty jiggles. He likes me for who I am and makes me a better person. The other ones were pompous jerks who think their crap don't stink. He will straight up tell me how it is and that's what I need. He is real and he has been through it to say that. I feel comfortable and secure knowing that if things get bad he won't buckle under pressure so easily. He is thick and thin just like I am.

Im not going back... Im not going anywhere. He had me from hello and now he has me for life.

I love listening to him sing to the kids at night. His voice is great and he can move his body just as well.

I wouldn't personally approach a guy, no matter how attractive I thought he was. But I'm old school, and very shy with new people so :smt102
I just smile, eye flirt a little and hope that does the trick, haha. Got mad respect for women that can approach a guy though. I think it takes a lot of confidence.
