And Christopher Nolan has a good track record of making blockbusters just by adding his name to a project alone. One of the very few directors that can do that in Hollywood. That's why studios are willing to give him $100's of millions of dollars to make movies. I also heard one of the internet theories on this super secretive movie that it maybe a sequel to Inception.

Black Twitter is one of the most annoying things about social media. But I'll save THAT for another thread. lol.

Its black woman Twitter at this point. They rarely cheer for black men unless attached to black women in some way.

True... but you're forgetting about their stans that don't like you coming for their black queens and the gay black men that are also a part of black twitter.

I think you automatically put both those groups in the Black Woman box. Hell, I do at least.

Which is why I said we should just call this collective The Black Gynocracy. If you ever seen that video we have posted here before he breaks it down honestly and raw.

Bryan Greenberg (The Mindy Project) and The Originals alum Charles Michael Davis are set as the male leads opposite Lea Michele in ABC’s holiday movie Same Time, Next Christmas, from Freeform Studios.

In the movie, Michele plays Olivia Henderson, a young woman who met her childhood sweetheart, played by Davis, during her family’s annual Christmas visit to Hawaii. After being separated by distance and years, the two reunite at the same Hawaii resort years later and the old chemistry between them flares up anew – but circumstances conspire to keep them apart.

I am certain that a few of you are going to fret over the whole threesome aspect of this story because of the PSTD you''ve been suffering from whenever a black male's onscreen relationship is burdened with the inclusion of a white male suitor for the lady. Still I think considering the predictability of these types of romance stories, it would seem the Davis character will probably win out. but even if he doesn't this setup qualifies the film to be included in this thread.

More on the "Modern Love" project.

It does qualify to be mention in the thread and forum of course because we don't know. But the track record isn't good for brothas. lol. Plus "love" triangles are not entertaining to audiences looking for love to conquer.

But you're right he does seem like the guy to win. I don't want to jump to any conclusions though.

I hope their chemistry translates well onscreen. This is how you get casted to do other projects together.

I said I would provide updates for the Invisible Man movies as they come considering the disagreement on the trajectory of a potential specific relationship. Here's the latest.

    http://collider.com/the-invisible-man-remake-plot-synopsis/

The film centers on Cecilia Kass (Elisabeth Moss), a woman trapped in a violent, controlling relationship with a wealthy and brilliant scientist. She escapes in the dead of night and disappears into hiding, aided by her sister (Harriet Dyer), their childhood friend (Aldis Hodge) and his teenage daughter (Storm Reid). But when Cecilia’s abusive ex (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) commits suicide and leaves her a generous portion of his vast fortune, Cecilia suspects his death was a hoax. As a series of eerie coincidences turn lethal, threatening the lives of those she loves, Cecilia’s sanity begins to unravel as she desperately tries to prove that she is being hunted by someone nobody can see.

So new details support the original reports of an abusive relationship as I remarked on before. Its both a physically and mentally abusive relationship. They also tell us:

1-Our heroine is "trapped" at first in this relationship and has to "escape" from this setup when an opportunity arises.
2-That Hodge's character is a childhood friend who helps her when she flees from her boyfriend.
3-That the boyfriend apparently commits suicide which our leading lady believes to be a hoax.

Now I see #2 as a support for my supposition that Hodge and Moss' characters have romantic feelings for one another, two former childhood buds (or perhaps sweethearts) who finally express their feelings for each other or rekindle a spark after their reuniting. The fact that he is a widower, as described in an earlier announcement, means there is no relationship barrier in the way for such a hookup. However if someone wants to take an opposite viewpoint that the reason Hodge's character has feelings for her, as also previously claimed in an earlier studio announcement release, is because of a platonic friendship bond the characters share, such a view is not entirely unreasonable.

But let's end any charade that Moss' character is being paired with the guy playing the Invisible Man. Not even in the 1950s would Hollywood have a leading lady choose to be with a man who was physically and emotionally abusive to her, a man she ran away from for her life in the dead of night, a man she is obviously so afraid of and so worried about that she doubts the news of his death. And if Hollywood wasn't going to do such a thing back in those days, it certainly isn't doing in 2019/2020.

    Macbeth

    Denzel Washington and Frances Mcdormand

The iconic Shakespeare tale follows a lord (Washington) who’s convinced by a trio of witches that he’s destined to become the king of Scotland. With the help of his ambitious wife (McDormand), Macbeth tries to seize the crown by any means necessary.

Not a sexy casting but a stellar one! These two have 5 oscars between them. They should hit this legendary play out the park.

First look and some details about Kristen Stewart's Seberg from Venice Film festival.

    [IMG] [IMG]

How the relationship between her and Jamal(Anthony Mackie) started is detailed in this review from the film festival.(WARNING: some spoilers)
While living it up in first class, this lilywhite girl from Marshalltown, Iowa just happens to cross paths with Hakim Jamal (Anthony Mackie), an outgoing but controversial leader of the Black Power movement. They make eyes at each other, and Seberg decides to join the handsome stranger for a widely publicized salute when they touch down in California (an awkwardly staged moment in a movie that’s full of them). She drives over to Jamal’s Compton house that night because she wants to “make a difference.” And she will — once they’re done having sex.

LOL, you're right. When it comes to mainstream professional IR porn, I actually prefer the sites that I grew-up on: Bangbros, Brazzers, Naughty America, Reality Kings, & etc. over Blacked.
