Absolute Batman # 1

Scott Snyder and Nick Dragotta introduce fans to a new Batman with the release of Absolute Batman #1. In this iteration, fans will be introduced to a version of the Dark Knight that doesn’t have the money, mansion, or butler of his core-line counterpart. Readers will quickly discover what makes this the “Absolute” version of Batman when the debut issue, with colors by Frank Martin and letters by Clayton Cowles, arrives at participating comic book shops and digital retailers on Wednesday, October 9. Absolute Batman #1 will be published with a main cover by Nick Dragotta and Frank Martin, plus variant covers by Wes Craig and Mike Spicer, Jim Lee, Scott Williams and Alex Sinclair, Mitch Gerads, and Ian Bertram (1:25).

Absolute Superman # 1

Writer Jason Aaron and artist Rafa Sandoval join forces to present a new Man of Steel with the launch of Absolute Superman #1. This Superman has no family, no Fortress of Solitude, and no home. Will he still stand for truth and justice in this new universe? Readers can find out when Absolute Superman #1, with colors by Ulises Arreola and letters by Becca Carey, hits participating comic book shops on Wednesday, November 6. Absolute Superman #1 will be published with a main cover by Rafa Sandoval and Ulises Arreola, plus variant covers by Wes Craig and Mike Spicer, Jim Lee, Scott Williams and Alex Sinclair, Clayton Crain, and Matteo Scalera (1:25).

Space Ghost Collection


Dynamite Entertainment's upcoming collection of its first Space Ghost story arc will be published in multiple formats and editions, including a Direct Market-exclusive trade paperback edition featuring a Frank Cho cover. Other versions include a hardcover and softcover edition featuring Francesco Mattina’s first issue cover. A limited-edition hardcover edition signed by writer David Pepose will feature the Cho cover. Pepose and Jonathan Lau collaborated on the story content for this first collection.

The collection of the first six issues will be released in November in conjunction with the kickoff of the second story arc in #7 of the ongoing series. The story occurs on the Planet of the Beasts, where Space Ghost and his sidekicks confront the Creature King, who commands beasts to do his bidding. Covers for this issue, which continues to be written by David Pepose with art by Jonathan Lau, are by Francesco Mattina, Jae Lee, Bjorn Barends, and Anthony Marques.

Batman: Full Moon

An apex predator is stalking the moonlit streets of Gotham City — and it’s not Batman! When the Dark Knight finds himself the victim of a grisly bite thanks to a terrifying supernatural creature, he’s forced to reckon with his darkest parts and the most iron-clad parts of his moral code or suffer consequences that could leave him more monster than man.

The Eisner-nominated creator of Killadelphia, Rodney Barnes, is making his DC series debut with artist Stevan Subic. The four-issue series, which is aimed at mature readers, is described by DC as "a horrific tale of pain and redemption" that will see the Dark Knight take on a fearsome werewolf.

Every issue of Full Moon will include a glow-in-the-dark main cover by Stevan Subic. Batman: Full Moon #1 will hit shelves on October 9.

Gareth Edwards' all-new Jurassic World movie has been officially titled, 'Jurassic World Rebirth.' Starring Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, and Mahershala Ali the new installment in the Jurassic Park franchise premieres in theaters July 2025.





uhhhh. I have to look up this director's history working with Black Male Actors. I hope I'm wrong but the first image of Mahershala in this film doesn't look ideal of a top actor.
