Authority is the shocker for me.
I really don't think they work in a Universe with the Justice League.
Prefer them as a threat before a Crisis Event where they come from another Universe.

I am curious on which Bat Fam Members they use. I think you only really need Dick Grayson (Nightwing), Barbara Gordon (Batgirl), Jason Todd (Red Hood) and Damian Wayne.

Maybe Cass Cain if Barbara Gordon is Oracle. Can bring her in via league of assassins. Praying for Duke Thomas. Don't think you need Tim Drake or Steph Brown.

I am curious about the age gap between Batman and Superman.

But that would be the perfect reason for why the actual Justice League would be formed. Basically use the Authority in place of the Hyperclan/White Martians. The Authority starts out with good intentions of "fixing" the world but eventually decide the only way to fix it is by taking total control. Enter the various heroes coming together to oppose them & take them down, forming the Justice League in the Authority's place after they are defeated.

Prime Video Renews The Peripheral For Season Two

Amazon Prime Video has picked up a second season of The Peripheral, the Chloë Grace Moretz series that’s based on the best-selling novel of the same name by William Gibson.

Season one bowed on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide in October. The Peripheral is produced by Amazon Studios and Warner Bros. Television, in association with Kilter Films.

“We are thrilled to continue the journey into Season Two and delve deeper into the incredible world that Gibson created,” said Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, Kilter Films, in a statement. “On behalf of Scott Smith, Vincenzo Natali, and the entire team, we’re grateful to our partners at Amazon and, most of all, to the fans.”

"William’s mind-bending story in partnership with the brilliant minds of Scott and Jonathan and Lisa, produced an unforgettable journey for our global audience and we are thrilled with how they embraced the series,” added Vernon Sanders, head of global television at Amazon Studios. “We look forward to extending our partnership with Warner Bros. and Kilter Films as this uniquely ambitious series continues to unfold.”

The Peripheral centers on Flynne Fisher (Moretz), a woman trying to hold together the pieces of her broken family in a forgotten corner of tomorrow’s America. Flynne is smart, ambitious, and doomed. She has no future; until the future comes calling for her.

    I agree.

It's the same graphic engine as Breath Of The Wild, and that game development started in 2012. It's a good thing that Nintendo's in-house development teams know how to polish gameplay so well that you can sometimes forgive the last-gen graphics.

Why Mark Hamill Will Never Voice The Joker Again: 'We Were Like Partners'

Batman: The Animated Series star Mark Hamill stated he will probably never voice the Joker again after the passing of Kevin Conroy.

In an interview with Empire Magazine, Hamill claimed that voicing the Clown Prince of Crime would not be the same without Conroy portraying Batman. He admitted that even before Conroy's passing, he would not be interested in Joker roles if the iconic Batman voice actor wasn't also attached. "They would call and say, 'They want you to do the Joker,' and my only question was, 'Is Kevin Batman?' If they said yes, I would say, 'I'm in.' We were like partners. We were like Laurel and Hardy. Without Kevin there, there doesn't seem to be a Batman for me."

Before Conroy's death, the duo appeared as Batman and Joker across television shows such as the aforementioned Batman: The Animated Series, animated films such as Batman: The Killing Joke and the groundbreaking Batman: Arkham video game series.

Conroy died on Nov. 10, 2022 at the age of 66 following a diagnosis of colorectal cancer. "Kevin was perfection," Hamill said after news of the actor's passing broke. "He was one of my favorite people on the planet, and I loved him like a brother. He truly cared for the people around him – his decency shone through everything he did. Every time I saw him or spoke with him, my spirits were elevated."

Hamill continued to praise the Dark Knight voice actor in DC's official press release, referring to Conroy as the "definitive Batman." He went on to explain how lucky DC and the world was that they nabbed the perfect actor for the role. "His rhythms and subtleties, tones and delivery -- that all also helped inform my performance. He was the ideal partner -- it was such a complementary, creative experience. I couldn’t have done it without him. He will always be my Batman.”

Conroy's final performance as Batman will be in the upcoming video game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which is being developed by Rocksteady Studios, the same company that produced the Arkham games. Conroy's Batman had the spotlight in the new in-engine trailer for the game that was showcased at 2022's The Game Awards. The clip, in which Batman successfully scares off the Suicide Squad, featured a small tribute to the late actor in the form of a caption reading, "Thank you, Kevin."
