If you like comic accurate video games I'd also suggest Spider-Man for the PS4 (PS5), it's very similar to the Batman Arkham games except it has the trademark Marvel upbeat tone.

 

One of two planned prequels to Snyder's Army of the Dead, Army of Thieves, will focus on safecracker Ludwig Dieter (Matthias Schweighöfer).
The film was written by Shay Hatten and Snyder, who collaborated on Army of the Dead.

 

Dark Horse to Adapt The Witcher's Creator Short Collection


Dark Horse Comics will adapt the short stories of The Witcher creator Andrzej Sapkowski into a series of graphic novels, the company announced at WitcherCon. Sapkowski introduced The Witcher in a group of short stories, which he followed with six novels.

The first The Witcher graphic novel based on a Sapkowski short story, A Grain of Truth, will feature script adaptation by Jacek Rembis and Travis Currit, with art by Jonas Scharf and cover by Kai Carpenter. In the story, the Witcher Geralt ends up in a derelict mansion inhabited by a beast with the faculties of a man who was consigned to that fate for his misdeeds. The lessons of the beast’s situation may provide a grain of truth that could help Geralt elude his fate and lead him to salvation.

Andrzej Sapkowski’s The Witcher: A Grain of Truth will street April 27, 2022, in comic stores and May 10, 2022, in the book channel.

The Witcher is on a tear. Although the books were incredibly popular, selling over 15 million copies worldwide, the CD Projekt Red video games took the property to a new level, selling over 50 million games tied to the property.

TNT Renews Snowpiercer for Season 4


''Snowpiercer'' has been renewed for Season 4 at TNT.

The news comes as the series recently wrapped production on Season 3. Season 2 of the show debuted in January 2021.

“‘Snowpiercer’ has been an incredibly successful series for us that continues to capture the imagination of viewers, grow audience and maintain strong ratings,” said Sam Linsky and Adrienne O’Riain, co-heads of scripted original programming for TBS, TNT, and truTV. “All of our seasons embark on an emotional, unexpected ride, and the well-plotted storylines will continue to evolve and remain relevant to audiences. We’re excited to keep the train running into season four.”

At the end of “Snowpiercer” Season 2, Layton (Daveed Diggs) and Ruth (Alison Wright), who were banished to Big Alice’s compost car, plotted to take back Snowpiercer. With the help of Javier (Roberto Urbina) and Alexandra (Rowan Blanchard), Layton and Ruth made it back to Snowpiercer and rallied with their supporters. Josie (Katie McGuiness) destroyed the Aquarium car separating Snowpiercer’s head from the remaining 1,023 cars. With Layton in command of a 10-car “pirate train,” he and his team rushed to Breslauer Research Station to find Melanie (Jennifer Connelly).

Season 3 picks up with Layton and his inner circle commanding a small pirate train in search of Melanie and a possible warm location to restart civilization, aided by a newfound survivor. Back on Snowpiercer, Mr. Wilford (Sean Bean) is consolidating power, foiled only by secret allies of Layton’s hidden on the train, committed to the cause.

The Season 3 cast also includes Archie Panjabi, Chelsea Harris, Rowan Blanchard, Alison Wright, Mickey Sumner, Iddo Goldberg, Katie McGuiness, Lena Hall, Annalise Basso,?Sam Otto,?Roberto Urbina,?Sheila Vand, and Steven Ogg. Mike O’Malley has been elevated to series regular status for Season 3.
