“It was bogus because they didn’t give him the ticket for what he was pulled over for,” she added.
“He was in Glendale, California and did exactly everything the cops told him to do, including letting them illegally search his car,” Henson told Uptown magazine.
Yeah...that's called being let go with a warning. Hell, a few years ago I was doing 81 in a 55 driving in pretty heavy traffic and the deputy basically told me to slow it down next time.
That's an interesting development. I admire the way she apologized and can definitely empathize as a Mom. I bet she kicked his ass & gave him hell.
When I got pulled over, I got no ticket. No offense was done. That was actual profiling
You can't blame her. Black people are definitely harassed/stopped more by the police and I bet that makes her sick. So when she got the story from her son, she was willing to believe him without a doubt. Then this video came out and well......like my granny used to tell me and her old ass kids......you are NEVER too old for a whooping
I don't blame her one bit. I agree completely, profiling & harassment is a major problem. I know when the story first became public I certainly believed it without question.
Your Granny sounds a whole lot like what my Granny used to say.

Yeah I think I'll wait for the dash cam footage on that one too![]()
I'd like to hear the tap dancing he did. I mean it was just a ticket. It isn't like his mom is poor or something. What is that like ten cents or dollar to them?
'My mom is famous!'
Wait that doesn't happen to black people
Your speed reminds me of a coworker who used to drive me home. We got off at 1230am and she would open it up on the empty highways
I never seen people drive that much over the limit, gotdamn lol
I meant tap dancing to explain to his mom.

What makes it even more insane is that the deputy was an older White guy. With that said, the fact that I was let off with a warning probably had something to do with the fact that once I knew he saw me speeding, I was already making my way over to the median. Once he got to the car I already had my license and registration in my hands. He pretty much had me dead to rights so there wasn't much I could do.
If I had done something like that and my mom found out about it, no amount of tap dancing would have saved my ass!

got to give uk police some respect calm cool and collected
needless to say but I will say it any way. Had this happen over here, He wouldn't be walking out.
It's common I think for uk cops to not carry guns...so of course ur going to have less deaths and 'he went for my gun!' arguments
Maybe this was posted...
