Every day, before my morning coffee, though I didn't today. Will do today's with tomorrow's At training on thursday everyone commented on how much fitter I've become. All things on toes, not on knees and had to up the intensity to break a sweat. :mrgreen:
Very nice, yeah I've been noticing the same thing. It takes more for me to sweat as well. What do you do for training?

For awhile it was aikido mixed with weights but now its running three days a week twice a day, heavy weights three times a week. Cycling out to MMA three days a week with running three times a week, weights twice a week. I need to stretch more I never do it and I feel it afterwards and need to hydrate more as well
