People still do that. I was getting on the buss one day, and this guy ahead of me had his pants down so low, you could see his drawers. Nearly his ass was showing. That look isn't for me.

It's not that bad. A certain amount of sagging is acceptable if you're in a casual setting and a certain age.
I don't find Lethal B hot really but this amount of sagging is okay

(Bow Wow's sagging is okay, Soulja Boy's is ridiculous though... go give your big brother his clothes back)
The worst is when you can see the leg under the boxers. Like their jeans are so low that they're half way down their thighs. That can't be comfortable.

See, Bow Wow ALMOST looks like a normal human being. Soulja Boy just looks like a stupid prat.
I like Bow Wow's sagging though, but Lethal Bs is too much for me. I don't want a guy with jeans right around his waist, Simon Cowell style so I like the Bow Wow level the best I guess.
