I knew bolt was going to win. Everyone was talking about Blake but Bolt is the man. I figured Gatlin would get bronze but I wish Gay had won bronze. As always Powell choked it's always a mental wall with that dude.

I don't see the American men winning gold at all. I think the American women will do pretty good.

Sanya Richard Ross won gold for the 400.

Jamaican women got that on lock too fam. Its a total culture thing down there. You have to walk miles to get your water each day if you live in the rural parts and you start running at 7 in school (at least you did when I was 7). They don't have multiple sports like we do here. Its all track all the time.

Yo that 10,000 meter race was crazy too. You do have to wonder why we are just better runners all around. Well actually better athletes in general, anything we attempt we fucking dominate.

i actually googled 'why are black runners so dominant' (sorry but jamaicans are black too:p)

came across shit ranging from very scientific to just flat-out bullshit

they demand respect tho...I also watched some of the women's B-ball

US was blowing out china by 40 points..i turned that shit off

water polo is pretty interesting too..that was fun to watch..so was the Equestrian

i was gasping every time a horse would jump to clear the bars

Today starts off the Taekwondo competition:D

The Americans start tomorrow, & it turns out that al 4 Americans will face World Champions in their opening bout. Of course we have 2 World Champions ourselves, one just did it 5 straight times.

Not to mention the way of life promotes that shit. Barefoot walking to a well 2 miles from your house to get some damn water for the day. I had to do it one summer when I was 8. The pale is a 30lbs and you gotta carry that shit for two miles in the hot ass sun. That shit will make you fricking strong, on top of that you practice two hours a day everyday. There's a reason dudes like Bolt are just common place for that area. Same thing with those damn Kenyans and long distance running.

ROFLMAO, I did that shit in Guyana as well.

You would walk a long ass distance to get water from a well and bring that shit all the way back home over and over to fill up drums and pans.
