    Just that one? What about those Wolf Hunts? (I ain't gonna read 'em, just asking.)

    The Wolf Hunts didn't suck. You might like them if you like werewolf stories. I wouldn't call them literary masterpieces or anything, but he's a pretty solid and entertaining writer.

    The Nanny was described as "extreme horror", but evidently the person who came up with that description doesn't know what that means.

    There's only so much horror you can wring out of nanny/babysitter stories. Can't see that going "extreme" in too many ways.

    True. The idea itself had some potential, but the only extreme thing about that one is badly it was written. Sadly, it was a recommendation, but I won't take any more suggestions from the person who told me about the author.

    Sucks when something has an interesting concept with potential but the writer/creator fails to pull off the execution to make it work.

    Indeed it does, and the waste of potential makes me kind of sad.
