The first teaser trailer for the upcoming Whitney Houston documentary, Whitney, has been released.

The film, which has been approved by the Whitney Houston estate, contains unheard recordings, behind-the-scenes video footage, home videos and original interviews.

Hollywood loves reinterpretations of both the King Arthur & Robin Hood mythos...

Steven Caple Jr. seems pretty good though, his debut film was critically acclaimed. About a biracial kid growing up in Inner City Cleveland.

As long as the director keep the story carrying over from the first film I don't mind a director change.

Based on Angie Thomas' 2017 novel about the shooting of an unarmed teen.

Fuck her and that book. It's bad enough that a book about a young black male dying at the hands of the police is centered around a black female. Even worse that the author gave this female a white boyfriend. No thanks. I'm used to white boys being the boyfriends of all female protagonists in YA regardless of race, but for a subject matter like this? Screw that.

The fact you didn't get more thumbs up on that post is probably because not too many people are in this thread tonight I'm a go with that. Everything you said is true. And this just goes to show that these black women TRULY don't give a fuck about black men being murdered by the police to make this shit about themselves! Make a movie like this and have the GAT DAMN nerve, the GAT DAMN nerve to come at brothas like Michael B Jordan and Donald Glover for dating outside their race. Fuck them.
