A few years ago, I saw him at a mall outside of L.A. during one of his hiatuses from acting. I'd heard there were drinking bouts, but I didn't expect his life to end so tragically.

 

The Young and The Restless was one of my favorite shows to watch when I stayed home sick from school/work, so I remember him well.
