LOL been okay. I hope to have a fight in Nov. After this mane I'm just going back to lifting weights full time haha...It's fun but the wear and tear on your body gets to you.

I can imagine. There's a reason why there are so few fighters beyond 40. Especially if you add grappling with blunt force trauma.

Speaking of which, a friends 12 yo daughter just had her first cage fight the other weekend. Full MMA, she and her opponent, another 12 yo girl were fighting like champs! Could best a lot of adult men lol. It was awesome
