I train whatever I can...muay thai, boxing, nogi wrestling, judo. I need to train more in the gi. Less impact on the body plus it helps to learn how to fight off your back vs creating a scramble (wrestling). Yeah you have to learn how to fall and stuff. Wrestling is a hard class but it's not a bunch of blunt force. I think judo is harder for that. I'm doing more technique and sparring less but at the same time gotta prepare my training partners as well. Easy to "go hard in the paint" in grappling and sparring and I need to stop it lol. I always commend martial artists. It such an amazing sport! Maybe when I'm older I will just start taking karate lol. Hopefully I will have a video
