There is nobody in chat almost always but there are other chat rooms where you'll find people even in 3:00 AM, why is that ? because those individuals come from different parts of the world so when its daytime in one place it's night time or evening in other places so there are always people chatting about different topics also they are on a popular website that attracts more traffic.
