If you fuck her without a condom (whether she's "on the pill" or not), or if your condom breaks, yes you're responsible. I've gotten pregnant on the pill, taking it just as directed...it happens lol. But Raider then the whole idea of trust in relationship is meaningless then. If you can make a mistake with your birth control why then should I be responsible for it. You're on birth control for a reason, most couples after a certain amount of time rely on just that(after a STD test of course) with the understanding neither of them wants a kid. So things fuck up and some how I'm suppose to just except I have to have a kid I didn't want to have?
More importantly how is that you can just easily say you don't want it even if I do and I just have to accept it because it's your body. So if the bottom line decision is made by you why on earth should a man be responsible at all?

Sooooo.. By your logic if the condom breaks and there was no intention to get pregnant, the woman should not be responsible either? Accidents happen. If you take the risk to have sex, then getting pregnant is a risk you take. Same with std's, you get one, but you certainly didn't plan to get one.

I agree that ultimately, in the end, is the woman that has to carry the child and have an ultimate responsibility, but saying that the man should not have responsibility if he gets someone accidentally pregnant because the condo broke is silly.

The funny thing is men saying it's the woman's fault when choosing poor men to lay and get pregnant with and yet, the same guys get irritated with women who take time to drop their pants. Some of them is on this board. And to be clear, i'm not saying you are among them.

I choose to take my time to sleep with men in order to figure them out first. Unless I just want to get laid. Its been a long time since i did even that. I agree one should have responsibility if both parties agree, like with STDs there is a chance I may catch something from a partner because they may cheat in the relationship or develop something they didn't know they had it can happen. That to me is a mutual decision being made, we both acknowledge there's a gamble. I don't like the idea that if I don't want a child someone can force one on me or even worst if I do want a child no matter how much I'm willing someone else has the right to pull the plug on that. So essentially I am suppose to be willing to leave my destiny in the hands of another or simply stay away from the opposite sex altogether?
