No apartment. A home here. And everything is thoroughly reinforced so nothing could get into the home since it's fairly new.
perhaps it is someone coming to visit you from beyond...this may sound odd but every once in a while i will walk into a room and catch just hint of my mother or grandmothers favorite perfume...i don't have or wear either of these fragrances
My brother never smoked. Besides, I'll never see him again anyway. The ashes are kept in an urn on top a shrine, so that's about as close I'll ever reach to him. Beyond that, it's just me. I can probably assume that years ago, when I was displaced from the hurricane, I stayed with my uncle in Mississppi in his garage for about three months, and the place wasn't really kept well since it's dusty, plus he's a heavy smoker. That, compiled with the winter, it didn't really help with my immune system.
What is it with some people? I connected with someone on line last night. Is a friend of a friend and we used to chat briefly several years ago. I told him I could not chat until Tuesday because I'm going on a huge business trip and will be swamped but would have a bit of time Tuesday night to chat. He immediately started bombarding me with 6-7 messages both on my phone, and on Fb. At the same time. Every few hours. Hi Hi babe Hi hun Hi How are you Hi And so on . every few hours, with a picture of himself, not nekked mind you and keep begging for a pic. Please send that pic on your fb in the red... Etc Dude, did I not just tell you I don't have time to chat until Tuesday, and to send multiple messages on several media at the same time? Argh, does this behavior work for people? I find it annoying as hell.

It's super annoying & a huge turn off. If I encounter a dude like that, I tell him what I think of his Jethro behavior and not waste any more time dealing with him.

It is annoying. I had a similar experience about a year ago. A guy who shares a mutual friend w me started responding to comments I made on her fb status. Turns out he works in the same bldg I do. We chatted back and forth a little while and he seemed cool. I end up running into him a few days later in the little shopette, meeting him formerly for the first time. He is staring me down, watching me the whole time I'm in the store...starting to feel a little creeped out by the guy...a little later that same afternoon, I'm on my way to the copy room and low and behold, I notice the guy walking around the corner, nearby where I sit. Knowing he works nowhere close by from previous discussion w him, I am fairly certain he's trying to find me. long story short, he turned out to be kinda like your new guy, constantly berating me w fb messages. I finally had to tell him I was not interested in anything more than casual acquaintances with him, stop contacting me and I would see him when I see him. I hate being mean, but sometimes you just have to be direct w people.
Oh, horrible. It either means that he didn't believe you when you said you are busy, or that he simply doesn't care. Such behaviour drives me away faster than a race car. I like a man that knows what he wants and is a "go getter", but this kind of behaviour is a NO GO.
Completely understand. I'm getting the same from a guy now too. One that I just want to do business with. Go for coffee as a business meeting kind of thing, that's it. Only, he's started blowing up my phone, facebook wall and inbox. I don't understand how that behavior makes anyone feel like they'd get something. Since he was all "What did I do wrong?! tell me!"... now I don't even know how I'm going to answer and try to keep business potential intact. It is very annoying indeed. Hope he gave you a bit of a break afterwards
