A civil war era game about a ex-slave fighting for freedom would be awesome. That way the "freedom" would seem more monumental.

It's coming out next week. And it's a six hour campaign story that works quite well.

I like the Nostalgia Critic. Blending comedy with a well-thought out critical analysis of movies, you're treated to a good old fashioned bit of entertainment. Having said that, here's the video of Batman vs. The Dark Knight -- Which on is superior?

Rumor Mill: Cyborg could be in upcoming Batman/Superman movie

Cyborg may appear in movie and preproduction has started in Michigan.

For anyone pondering about whether we'll see a black character in this potential Justice League movie, there's a light at the end of the tunnel. It seems like Cyborg may get his break after all. It's very likely, though, that he'll make a cameo appearance, while still fully human and somehow STAR Labs wind up exploding, causing him to become the superhero we see now.

To be honest? It feels like if they are going with this route, here's hoping they don't break themselves with so many characters included in the mix. But I guess they really want to build this team up quickly so that they can provide the much needed movie blockbuster to make it big.

I saw Superman Unbound. I thought it was pretty good. It was very well written and acted. It had a scene that caught me off guard and I was very surprised. I would never have expected it. It had something to do with Lois Lane. Check it out.

Damn, dude. You couldn't have posted a spoilers warning? Some of us haven't seen it yet and would like to be pleasantly surprised by the unexpected. You know, like you were.

    I laughed at that scene.

LOL. That is what I meant. I had never thought that Warner Brothers Animation would ever show Lois Lane or anyone in an animated film give someone the finger. But, I suppose that Lois would do that because she is a tough girl.

Really? That's something you consider "Spoiler Warning" worthy? If that's the case then I guess no one should be discussing anything at all when it comes to anything regarding any of the stuff that get's brought up here. Hell, I'm sure that there are people who haven't seen the Man of Steel movie yet but that & the fate of Zod & other spoilers for those who may not have seen it was talked about on more than one occasion without any "Spoiler Warnings" being posted. In fact I recall when the Superman Unbound DVD first came out several of us were in this thread talking about it, especially how Brainiac was eventually defeated with no "Spoiler Warning" posted.

Call me a bit prude, but I find people getting their balls tangled over spilling over bits of information about movies, books, TV shows, video games, etc....to be very amusing. I just don't get the tirade when something has been unveiled. Besides, you hear about it, but you have yet seen it, so why go ape shit?

The internet being what it is, info regarding that particular scene from Superman Unbound was leaked months prior to the DVD/Blu-Ray being released. Info is constantly being leaked all the time about various movies, books, TV shows, games & what not, with most of it being viewed as rumor until the actual product is seen or read.

True. And if you don't want to spoil yourself, just distance yourself from everything since all the info and plot summaries are already divulged once the movie has been seen.

That's why when a movie, game, book, etc comes out that I'm really interested in, I either get it right away, or I just resign myself to the fact that someone is going to spoil it for me. Like the infamous RED WEDDING from Game of Thrones.

Being the popular series that it is anyone who hasn't read any of the books probably knows just as much as anyone who has read the series due to many of the fan related sites or other sci-fi/fantasy related forums on the internet. I'm actually shocked when I learn of individuals who are into the TV series still being in the dark about a lot of the things that are yet to happen to some of the characters, especially the stuff that will obviously be coming in the new season.

Yeah, I see your point. But a lot of people only know of the show and have no history with the books. Just look at all of the Red Wedding reaction videos on Youtube.

I think sometimes as hardcore "nerds" we sometimes forget that a lot of people are just casual fans of stuff.

I remember talking to someone after the trailer for Captain America: Winter Soldier came out. This person was speculating who the guy with the long hair was? As a Marvel fanboy I was a bit taken aback that it wasn't obvious to people who that was. A casual fan wouldn't have a clue, and it will probably be bit of a surprise once his identity is revealed in the movie.

I usually have the opposite happen to me because I know & work with many people that are not into a lot of nerdy/fanboy stuff, so it actually surprises me when they have some detailed knowledge about certain nerdy/fanboy related stuff whenever any casual conversations go in that direction.

Really, it's that hard to type the word, "spoilers?" I do it all the time because I believe in the world outside myself not everyone will proccess information like I do. And, with that said and excluding extremes, what would not spoil my enjoyment of a film may ruin it for the next person.

Speaking of GOT neither I, nor most of the people I know who watch it, have ever read the books. So, Red Wedding caught us by surprise. Same with The Walking Dead.

People have demanding jobs, families and whatnot ... they don't always have time to sit down and read. They can just barely make it through a redbox rental without falling asleep. I don't want to ruin it for them. But, that's just me.
