Porn is legal because of safety concerns. The "camera" can be seen as a monitor, it's visual proof.

If you got an STD from a porn shoot, you can sue and quite easily win. If you got an STD from a prostitute... not so much.

It's not just STDs, what if someone planned on buying a prostitute, having sex with her, and killing her/ beating her up and stealing her money? The law doesn't protect that, yes you'll go to jail for homicide or assault, but what happens to the prostitute? Either she's dead or in jail.

yeah you could possibly. what will happen is that they will have to licensed and regulated and then will need business insurance.
 
Another thing is profit, The government can mass produce pornographic films and images. They can't do that with prostitution unless we're talking about sex machines. It's a lot like the tobacco and marijuana legality issues. Tobacco kills more year round but is easily manufactured compared to marijuana which claims virtually no lives year round but is much harder to stamp a government stamp on.

It's called brothels that are regulated, and keep good records/require signatures.
If someone gets a disease they can sue the brothel. You can sue a person, and it is a crime to knowingly spread STDS. Either way prostitution will occur why not make it safer, and taxable?

I used snitching as an analogy due to the possible repercussions of companies not wanting to work with certain actors if they sued in order to work on a porn film. No one likes a snitch and that's basically how they could end up being treated filing law suits just to get work. Anyone needing to make money that badly by way of porn that they are willing to sue to force someone to put them in flicks is nuts. :smt030
 
These sloots are all about that $$ so even though some of them might have been raised racist, most of the ones who don't do IR probably were advised it would affect their product. If you were a peckerwood and saw Mandingo piping down your favorite blonde pornsloot it might F up your fantasy because you KNOW you don't measure up. Just a thought. I am not losing sleep over what some nut bucket pornsloot thinks about my race.

I would love for him to file. that means it would have to go to the courts and then they would have to ask the women whats up in court. if the court would rulke for lex then that mean a ww is forced to have sex with a black guy. then more than likely you MAY have ww get out the business.
