    Bananas are just a piece of the puzzle. Making sure you're getting enough potassium and calcium, as well as making sure you're staying fully hydrated are also big factors. Hydration is SO important for normal muscle function, and if you drink a lot of caffeine, it's working against your water intake.

    I cut way back on my caffiene and sugar, as well as stretching better before my I go for my run every day, and I think it's helped.
