I LIVE IN THE PROVINCE OF BC, and I can tell you...we DID have a 7.7 earthquake up at the Queen Charlotte Islands last night, and tsunami warnings and advisories were issued shortly issued. Me, my family, and my other friends, evacuated the lower ground and went up to higher ground. Not coming back down until the aftershocks up in the northern islands are either calm or we get the 'all clear'. It's all over the news, youtube, and so on. We also had a earthquake here in Victoria (though I am in higher elevations now, so I felt nothing...heard it on the radio.), with a magnitude of either a 6.1 or a 5.8, but I heard, on the radio, that was pretty strong. I'm a little scared, to be honest, but hopefully things will be better. AS FOR THE PEOPLE FOR HURRICANE SANDY--I DO HOPE YOU ARE ALL OKAY, AND WILL BE OKAY FOR WHEN IT HITS, OR HAD ALREADY HIT. TAKE EXTREME PRECAUTIONS, AND DO ONLY WHAT'S ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY AND NOT OUT OF ANYONE'S LEAGUE.
