I'm glad they acknowledged how sinister it seems, when Ms Martian mind rapes people. I also liked the realistic discomfort that Superboy has when he is alone with her.

I curious to see how Cheshire and Red Arrow react to Artemis' "death". I mean, they are sisters, and Aqualad was Red Arrows best-friend on the surface.

 

I'd be scared and uncomfortable too if my girlfriend at the time tried to tamper with my mind with her mental abilities in order to make me comfortable with the suspect things that she was undertaking from time to time.

 

Review of the most recent episode of The Legend Of Korra.

A great episode from a great show. There was almost too much going on. (which has kind of been an issue for the last few episodes) But the story was pretty epic for a single episode of a series.

A run down of what happened:
Most of the city leadership is captured, the Equalist attack in all out war, A baby is born, love triangle drama plays out, we got to see the airbending kids kick butt, A hero sacrifices his/herself, And a new character (who is linked to a character from the previous series) is introduced at the end. All that in one episode.

I like a good mystery, but I hope they don't go past next weeks season finale, without giving up the identity of the main bad guy. They also should explain how he can do what it is he can do. Over the season they have shown cryptic flashbacks of the previous Avatar and his friends when the bad guy is near, clearly he relates to the past series somehow.

 

They never revealed exactly what was the fate of Zuko's mother at the end of the original Avatar series. I always found that strange and now I'm wondering if it was done deliberately and if it might tie into all of this in some way?

 

Currently attempting to find full episodes of the 2nd and unfortunately last season of the current Avengers: Earth Mightiest series as they will officially cancel it after this season ends in favor of a different take of the Avengers that will be closer to the movie version from what info that has been released. I've only found this episode so far.

It's a shame that they are canceling this show, maybe with the next show they will put it on a better time slot.

 

Yes it is a shame. It's a very good series and does/did a great job of capturing the essence of the Avengers and the feel of the Marvel Universe as a whole IMO. Loved how they have had both well known and lesser known characters pop up in the series and the combination of classic & new takes of both characters and storylines.

Saw the season finale this morning. Hopefully there are more seasons coming. The mystic angles combined with the steam punk type early tech that's emerging in this world is interesting never mind some of the "what happened to" questions involving the characters from the original series.

 

I never watched Avatar: The Last Airbender, nor this series. For some reason, the show never caught my interest at all. The concept is interesting and the scenes are nice. But, what would motivate me to watch this show?
