Lol Reminds me of the tumbling we do where I train at Every once in a while you get the guy who shows off
Eh...I didn't even wait around for the decision Evans put the most damage on that Mothafucka tho But yo....frank Mir versus junior dos Seriously UFC?
Mir is a company man I do like Bigfoot vs Cain. Bigfoot's chin is suspect but hes as skilled & well rounded as Cain.
u aint lyin he's one of the few guys around that's taken plenty of losses, without having to worry about being cut ufc always gives him a chance
Antonio had a difficult time dealing with Cormier's speed standing, and he couldn't take the fight to the ground because of Cormier's wrestling. Cain poses similar problems. Granted, Bigfoot was sick I believe.
I got greedy and went for Rashad & that puncher's chance money. :smt011 Im staying a bit more conservative and takin... Nate Diaz +190 Jim Miller -230 Johny Hendrix -140 Josh Koshcheck +120 Nate's problem is his lanky ass can get held on the ground to a lay & pray decision. He might be a little too confident in his take down defense after whippin Cowboy's ass(who never tried a takedown) Miller wont touch Nate's boxing. Anything Miller throws is a setup for a takedown. I hope we see an active guard from Diaz. With Koshcheck im banking on the experience playing a factor and him wisely knowing how to edge a decision.
Too bad I dont have Showtime. I had to choose between Showtime and HBO and obviously chose HBO. Too much good original content to pass up.
It was a good fight, Cormier pretty much swept the rounds. Barnett broke his hand in the first, though. Cormier said he broke his hand in the first round too, at the post -fight presser.

I've a feeling that Francisco Miranda will perform much better against Junior than most believe he will I still don't think he'll retain his consciousness while in the same cage with Junior, however.
I would have rather seen alistair in the cage Mir is past his golden years....they shoulda just sent in mirko krocop if they really wanted to let us know they were going to give chigano an easy win The only upside to Mir is that he's always been a world class fighter when it comes to jiu jitsu That was how he made his name...if junior dos makes one mistake he's done
Remember how dominant brock was against Mir their first fight Frank looked like raw hamburger but managed to catch him in an ankle lock
Oh yeah, I remember Mir's sub threat on the ground is analogous to Hendo's KO power standing; scary, one-shot and shit changes quickly eh, bit of a weird comparison, but you get my point
i just dont want to see this guy get embarrassed in the striking game, that's all every time him or old-ass Couture fought, i feared for their safety
I don't want to see him hurt again either. That Carwin KO was fucking brutal. I don't wish that type of punishment on any fighter
