    Random xD

Aight so I just finished my first day from Christmas shopping. Hopefully by next Monday, I'll be able to get EVERYTHING done, including putting up the tree, decorations, wrapping up the presents, etc.

I also saw an Ice-skating rink nearby the gardens here, so I'll try skating over there tomorrow afternoon. :)

    I was like "word".

It sounds like that isn't his real voice. Like he is forcing it to be that low.

It's his real voice. Unusual or unique individuals come at a very rare pace every generation and this person takes the cake.

LOL. It's not working out too well. ARGH. And we're having a Fantasy Football party on January 21st, so my goal is to be over him by then. If I'm not: me liking him + lots of alcohol = BAD COMBINATION.

I highly doubt I'll reach my goal by then because, well, I think I've liked him longer than my conscious brain was willing to admit, but I'm trying.

And thanks for the compliment on my hair! I apparently look wholesome. I wish I knew how NOT to look so wholesome though. :smt081

Sounds like a fabulous night! I miss Whiks!! Say hi to her for me!

I highly doubt firecrotch will see the err of his ways, but my fingers are crossed, too! ;-)

Though the way I've been feeling lately, I'm likely just repelling him. :?

I don't get pining over someone. I'm not criticizing I literally don't comprehend it.

I'm trying not to pine over him. I don't like having crushes on people when there's no hope of anything happening. Hence my goal of getting over my crush.

LOL. Thanks. So you can just shut off your emotions when you break up with someone? You've never lingered over emotions, ever?

Whilst I didn't break up with the guy, there are emotions tied to having a crush, it's those that I'm trying to squash.

No, it most definitely is not strictly a woman thing. I've known PLENTY of men who have pined over a woman they've lost to a break-up or want and can't have.

Stalking and pining over someone are two completely different things.

Pining over someone is done in private, at night, when you wish they were there next to you or when you see them and secretly wish you were together, etc.

Stalking is actually forcing your attention on someone who doesn't want it. Completely different and one of them is illegal.

    And women do stalk, too.

I am in a much better financial situation and would LOVE to come out for a couple of days!! Please??? :partyman:

I might have lingering emotions over someone I shared a lot of good times with but with people I was simply interested in nope never. But then again we need to bond for me to have feelings but thats just me I guess.

Stalking is a very one sided thing as I've observed it. When a woman "stalks" a celebrity she's an obsessed fan and when a man does it he's a stalker. It might have something to with the danger component since men tend to be more dangerous to women than the other way around. But I do notice a trend with women where unwanted attention is always stalking. It could be as simple as a guy at the club not catching the hint or a guy they slept with who has called "too many" times without her indicating she's not interested(just hoping that he'll catch the hint since she hates confrontation) to get that label. At least as far as I've seen.
