Every place I ever worked had a written policy in place over this type of thing. I would be totally shocked if it wasn't the written policy of NBC. I am also sure Tiki would have sued. Haven't heard of a lawsuit ....have you???

If you break the rules you know exist you better be prepared for what comes next.

High profile on air people usually have morals clauses too.

I'm with the others I think this union is a bad stain on IR.

Don't know if you heard.............he's broke. He is trying to make comeback at his age. He was thinking with his dick and lost and amazing job. He couldn't hang in there for the birth and then legally seperate. His dick told him be a fool. :smt043
