IMO Clooney is kinda pathetic. Yeah it's fun to cat around for a while, but dude is getting up in age and all he sees in a woman is a hole to get his dick wet in for a few weeks, then move on. To me, that's a little sad and beyond shallow, that the woman you're fucking is basically nothing more than a warm-blooded blowup doll. And remember this is a guy who has the means and access to find women who are the TOTAL PACKAGE; emotionally/physically/sexually/mentally. Even Gabrielle Union(38 years old!!) is the mature woman in their relationship. When you're under 25, three years makes a difference to some guys. But beyond a certain age, if you both already have kids, or you have a couple and don't want more, age is irrelevant if you still find the woman attractive.
Attractive women are choosing to be with Clooney, no one is putting a gun to their head. Clooney likes to date and have fun but not tied down and that is his prerogative. Commitment is not for everybody. I respect Clooney; he is not married like other celebs and cheating on his wife. He is got the fame, money and looks to pull a playboy lifestyle, like the other poster said he is the ultimate pimp.
