All jokes aside I can understand where you coming from. My father was type man. He use to cheat on my mother left and right. My daddy cheated on my mama a lot the first 14 years of their marriage & it caused a lot of pain to her & those of us kids who were old enough to know what was going on. My mama chose to stay with him after all he'd done & that's hard for me to understand. IMO, cheating is the worst thing one spouse can do to the other. I'd rather die alone than be married to a cheater.

1) you are lying about everything. where you are going and who you are with and what you are doing. those are three lies at the minimum.
2) when you deal with peoples feelings anything will pop off. thats is why courts are a little more hands off when they have a murder due to a spouse catching someone committing adultery.
3) its also making the other person feel like a fool in front of everyone in the community
4) lastly making them feel inadequate.

my mother was the one who did the cheating in my parents marriage, and then my dad started up in retaliation. she ended up leaving him
i'm in the same mindset as you. i'd rather die alone than be married to a cheater. i saw and felt what their games and tit for tats did to me and my brothers.
My daddy's cheating turned my mama into a crazy person. She still hurts after all these years. At one point he had a double life going. There was a skank he was sleeping with in California (he was there every week with his job). I even met her when I was 13...he introduced her as his "friend"...I guess he thought I was too stupid to know what was up.
My mother threw him out several times & I remember all the drama that went along with it. They came close to divorce a couple of times, but they never did it. It would've been better if they had...especially for my brothers & me.
I refuse to have that kind of marriage...there's nothing that makes it worth it.

The lies and the betrayal reaches to the core of one's gut. I would want a man to TELL me before-hand, because that way we might agree to an open relationship, whereby we still provided other wonderful fulfillments to each other along with having sex together.
I say this because as I get older, companionship, stability, friendship and having my back from my man is starting to be more important to me than monogamous sex 'or else' ultimatum. A man who is loyal sexually but lacking in other aspects isn't the best situation to be in either. Of course I can say this now because I am not in love (who knows, I might change my mind) but I feel as I get older (wiser?), I am picking my deal breakers much more carefully.
