I always wondered why blind folks wore shades. is it is because they dont know when to sheild their eyes from the sun ?
I believe you guys are thinking about cataracts? They make your pupils cloudy. I would imagine they wear sunglasses for other people, not them. Since they can't look at you, it would freak people out, no?
Random thought for today: Why is it that I can't get my daughter out of bed in the morning to save my life. Yet, on weekends when she can sleep in, she wakes up ON HER OWN at the SAME TIME THAT I NEED HER TO BE AWAKE during the week? WTF?? Which is why I tell people she's pure evil. LOL.
want to come to my house for dinner? my other half is making peanut butter soup to be served over rice
nutela spread, erm youse have that one too am also not a fan, i dont get the concept of a chocolate sandwich unless your under the age of 10
Im grown up on that shiet...... Its stoopid good. Breakfast? not so much - it was considered candy in Sweden, but like I said - I gre up on that shiet.. we used to sneak out of school to go to the kiosk across the street that sold candy - Nutella was my choice of poison
A lot of blind people have nystagmus (abnormal eye movements consisting of repetitive jerks) some are self councious of that and some as Books said just do it for other peoples comfort.
Yes @ Bookworm, that's what I thought he was talking about, but for some reason I could only think of glaucoma. Anyhoo, I think nutella (sp?) would be good on wheat toast. Like peanut butter is good on toast. I wanted to try it once but always forget.
Don't even get me started on vegemite!! It is a gift from the gods. I think it's pretty much the one foodstuff I would refuse to live the rest of my life without. Well, along with bread and butter because the best way to eat vegemite is on toast. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm
hmm my daughter has 2 jars in the cupboard, maybe i should go try out a spoonful....... or maybe not, chocolate is not my friend, lol
