I'm curious about dating a black man, but all of my female white friends simply hate black men. I don't want to type what they say about you guys, but I think it's really mean. I’m new here and would like to begin with expressing my love for black men. I have to agree with ItalianLady and others that there is a big difference between the average black man and the average white man when it comes to looks and sexual attraction. I find a very large share of black men, maybe as many as half, sexually attractive. Among white men it’s probably not more than one in a hundred. To begin with, I love the colour contrast. Smooth, dark skine is just amazing, especially when pressed up against my pale skin. When it comes to looks, I also love a smooth and toned muscular physique, long and skinny fingers and a nice, round ass. But my attraction goes way beyond looks. Black men carry themselves in a special way, their way of being and thinking is different and more integrated than that of white men. I find it very easy to be around black men, it’s just more relaxing and natural. And of course there’s the way they dance and, as far as I can tell from my limited experience, this carries over into sex.

Really Confused. I think its just as bad saying that one will only date a black man and one will not date a black man. Is it still not racist? I'm a white girl from England, but everyone one in my family married outside of their race, and I have dated many different types of man. No one in my family showed a particular interest in a race, but rather just happened to fall in love with a person and their race meant nothing. For me, I date guys that I find cute, kind and who have a friendly personality. Sometimes thats a white guy, black guy or Middle eastern guy. It doesn't matter to me, and I most certainly will never favor a particular race. It is so small minded and just as racist. People are individuals and their race is not enough of an indicator of their personality to type cast as you are all doing. You most likely will all hate this post but its my opinion. I was extremely sad to read what this thread was about.

I think you're just missing the point of this thread. There are many of us, male and female on here, who date people of all or most other races. However, the site is called whitewomenblackmen. So, threads tend to but not always relate to the website. Just because this thread was put out there, doesn't exclude us from liking different races, as well.

Good for you, ConfusedBritChick. You've learned that you like to date guys that you "find cute, kind and who have a freindly personality." Me too. But for me, "cute" usually means being darker than me. It's typically what I'm drawn to. Simply a preference. Does my preference mean I reject all other men? Does my preference make me "small minded and just as racist?" You would have to get to know me better than that to make that determination. I come to this board because the world is full of people that jump to conclusions and make judgments the way you did. It's nice to have a place where I can own my preference. Sure, the threads around here can get out of whack sometimes - it's the internet after all. But keep reading -you might learn the difference between having a preference and being a racist.
I'm not dogging on everyone. Far from it, I just cannot believe that someone honestly thinks that "contrast between skin colour" can be an honest preference.
