Just found out that Netflix finally put out a trailer for Season 3 of "Medici" last month:

So I guess I'm gonna start up on that.

 

The Old Guard

Netflix has dropped h The Old Guard poster. Launching on July 10, the movie is based on the graphic novel series by Greg Rucka and Illustrated by Leandro Fernandez.
Led by a warrior named Andy (Charlize Theron), a covert group of mercenaries with a mysterious inability to die have fought to protect the mortal world for centuries.

The cast includes Charlize Theron, Kiki Layne, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Harry Melling, Van Veronica Ngo, Matthias Schoenaerts, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Netflix will release the official trailer on May 21st (hopefully).

 

This looks great if they don't slide in the usual Netflix bs

This is also the movie I mention in the Upcoming IR slate where in the novel it is based on Charlize Theron's character Andy had a black love interest in a flashback scene of thier backstory. A former slave and vagrant named Atticus.




Don't know if they'll add that part in or not but she had another lover from centuries ago with another immortal named Lykon. Who in the movie is played by BAFTA award winner Michael Ward.




He was white in the comics so the movie seemed to have race-bended him. So it's interesting if they give her two black lovers are just Lykon. We'll see.

I never cared about the show. The CW should straight-up cancel the show & pick-up the "Arrow & the Canaries" spinoff to series already.

 

I thought they were already moving forward with that.

I don't remember the last time the main star got re-casted in a ongoing show.

 

Naw. Surprisingly The CW still hasn't officially picked-up "Arrow & the Canaries" to series. It's completely surprising seeing as the last 2 seasons of "Arrow" were dedicated to setting it up.

 

HBO Max has officially announced that a director’s cut of Justice League from Zack Snyder will be coming to the streaming service in 2021.
Snyder broke the news to fans earlier today and tweeted, “This is real.”
